I want to give a huge shout-out to Rebecca at Domino’s Pizza Store #3059 in Haughton, LA for her outstanding customer service during an especially busy time and in icy weather conditions.
Even though the store was closing early due to the weather, Rebecca took the time to assure me that my order would be correct and delivered in a timely manner—and she absolutely followed through. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and genuine care made me feel truly valued and appreciated as a customer.
I’d also like to give an honorable mention to Mike, who delivered my pizza hot, ready, and with a friendly smile despite the weather. That kind of dedication really stands out.
Domino’s is lucky to have Rebecca as an asset to their company, and together, she and Mike are the Best. Excellent service like this is why customers keep coming back! 🍕👏

Place is trash. Even after several attempts to be connect to the store they still don’t make pizzas right. And when asked to make another they have the nerve to be argumentative. Atleast cut the damn pizza

I love this Domino's. I love pizza and this Domino's pizza place is always fast, nice, my food is always fresh and warm. I have never had a complaint about this particlular pizza place. We will continue to eat at this Domino's for as long as we live here. The staff is great and very helpful. I want to say thank you for the entire staff at my Domino's keep up the good work guys.

Yesterday I ordered 20 pizzas (the 5 dollar medium deal). Originally they made them all pepperoni when I ordered a variety. I didn’t say anything as they were slammed so I just took them home anyway because it was a good deal. Half way to the house Mrs Becky calls me to tell me that they corrected my order and I would be able to get those too. Needless to say people at my birthday party were going home with pizzas. What a great party favor! Thank you dominos in haughton!

The wings I got were the worse wings I ever had! I had to put them in the oven. I will never eat here again.. Possibly even Doninoes. It’s been years since I had them and sure was an impression! Save your money folks, eat at home!

This is for the the highway 80 in Haughton location. I was complaining on a driver to the cashier at the window and she overheard and proceeds to say I dont have to cuss him and I can say it to her. Mind you I wasn't cursing him. Instead of the manager speaking to me she just listens to her and tell me I can leave. More words were exchanged and she told me to come in. So I did. Yall should have seen how she was all on that floor cursing and trying to get to me saying how she was gone whip me. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Roll the cameras back to see who was acting a fool. All she had to do was get her next delivery bc I wasn't talking to her and the manager need to do better and learn to be neutral until she get the whole story.

I ordered 2 medium 3 topping pizzas and paid $35. One of my pizzas did not have any sauce. This had been numerous times in a row where the quality is unacceptable. $35 is a lot of money. I expect dominos to give a quality product. I want a refund, not points to order another disappointing subpar pizza. BTW the driver Micheal did his job perfectly. Thank you Micheal.

This review is for the Highway 80 Dominoes at the intersection with CVS and McDs. The people are cordial and very nice, no problem there. My issue has to do with NOT getting what I paid for. "This time" I paid for extra sauce and I got NO sauce. How the heck do you make a standard pizza (in the states) and get NO sauce? The thing is, I PAID FOR EXTRA SAUCE! I'm not picky and I'm darn sure not looking for a free meal. One time it was five friggin' pineapple pieces when I paid for EXTRA PINEAPPLE. Another time it was the sauce (like today, again). There was another instance that I don't remember the details of. Of the four "FAILS!" on this store's part, I only brought the pizza back once. It's a friggin' inconvenience! I rarely buy pizza for myself, I'm usually buying it for my son and his friends. Today, my wife and son wanted pizza for dinner. They used to be devoted Dominoes patrons but my teenager son gave up on Dominoes about six months ago and my wife followed about a month later. They are now Johnny's converts. My last Dominoes pizza, before today's, was the time I brought it back. Today, like a friggin' idiot, I thought to myself "self, give them another chance" and I ordered myself a Dominoes, see the receipt. Also, see the pictures of the sauce-less pizza. Here forward, Dominoes can kiss my happy ass. Highway 80 Dominoes, you lost a regular customer.
