Placed an order at 6:10 PM and was given a wait time of 1hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Called at 8:05PM no one answered and I sat on hold for 4 minutes and 51 seconds. My fiancé tried calling on his phone and got someone on the line being the “assistant manager” Kim. Instead of making a situation right it was made clear she had no concerns about the issue because she had 1 delivery driver. She did nothing to make the situation right other than refunding our money when the pizzas were “coming out of the oven”. I quit using this location 7+ months ago due to the lack of customer service and have used only Marco’s… I try to order from them tonight to deal with the same thing that happened every time before! I really hope someone takes this in and attempts to resolve the issues.

Pizza topping slid straight off the pizza. Tasted like a frozen Fred Meyers. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Not sure if it's ever been cleaned. No ice in the ice machine. Got yelled at for looking at the drinks in the cooler. Overall some of the worst pizza I've had.

We had the buffet, it's stayed, pretty stocked. Even got a special pizza brought out. Did you know that they will even make you a personal pizza ( with the buffet)

Great pizza but I hate waiting over an hour for a preorder pizza that shows up with the boxtop crushed into the cheese. Maybe don't tip the drive before deliver and she won't sit on your pizza to keep it warm

Well to be honest I think we'll go to a different Johnny's next time as all the tables were covered with plates from previous customers. I was not happy with the pizza selection and we never seen the puzzas we asked to be put out were ever put on the buffet and that don't fly with me when you pay 13$ per person for lunch.

Will visit a different Johnny’s next time I go. Went for lunch buffet and the floors and tables needed attention. Some item on the lunch buffet where out so I asked when more would be out! The answer was I don’t know like it was a bother for me to even ask.

Meal ordered was completely wrong. Lady taking order was too occupied with the man leaving her a tip. Food was under cooked.

Ordered bread sticks and a pizza. Pizza arrived quickly, but bread sticks arrived after we finished eating. I had to ask the staff for the bread sticks 3 times.

My wife and I were in the mood for pizza so, of course, we searched Yelp to find the closest non-chain pizza place. Johnny's was one of the first listed and it happened to be just a couple of miles from our hotel. The first thing I noticed when I walked inside, was that there was no menu board or menus anywhere to be found. When it was our turn to order at the front counter, I asked the young man if he had a menu that I could look at. His response was, "There are usually a few menus out there somewhere." Fortunately, a co-worker heard me ask and was able to get one and bring it to the front counter. We ordered and took our seats. Shortly after sitting down, the line at the counter began to grow. That made me feel certain that we were at the right place as it was getting quite busy. I reasoned that the pizza must be a local favorite. When our pizza came to the table I wasn't disappointed. The crust was cooked perfectly and they were very generous with the toppings. My only complaint is that it was a bit dry. A little more pizza sauce would have been great. I almost asked if I could get a side dish of the sauce but decided against it as the line at the counter was long and moving slowly. That brings me to the reason for the 3 stars. It was very disorganized and the staff seemed confused at times. The phone never stopped ringing and was basically ignored in deference to those waiting in line. I'm not necessarily against that, but it has to be frustrating to those trying to call in an order. The delivery staff seemed to be constantly coming and going, so an employee dedicated to taking call-in orders would be worth the extra payroll expense, I would think. If they get organized and running smoothly, this could be a 5 star restaurant in no time. I couldn't identify who the manger was; they all looked like college-aged young people to me with no one taking charge. The addition of a menu board - even if just a chalk board - would speed up the process considerably. When you have to ask for a menu when it's your turn at the counter and then stand there and decide what to order, it takes valuable time. They have good pizza with a pleasant dining area in which to enjoy it. They just need some organization and they'd be sitting on a gold mine.
