So order here on Halloween and there were two kids behind the counter and a older man. The two kids were by the sink groping each other and kissing while the older man took orders and made pizza. The two younger kids then started arguing which lead to the girl crying and sitting at one of the tables and the young man arguing then finally coming over trying to make up all while there were 3 customers in the building. But gave 4 starts for the older man who was doing everything but atmosphere was awful. Food was hot and amazing.

Kid-friendliness: Would be kid friendly if they didn't allow make out sessions in the kitchen. I don't want my child seeing that

Great pizza. Accidentally ordered the wrong type. They was polite about the situation and re made it properly plus let me keep both pizzas

I used DoorDash ordered thin crust pizzas! One pizza only had cheese and no sauce! The meat lovers thin crust had a very little sauce! I also asked for and was charged for extra cheese on both pizzas and they had none! Extremely disappointed! The pizza was delivered cold! May not order again! I’ve always liked Marco’s in the past but tried something different and it was a fail! Enough for me to not order again!

Horrible customer service. I had an issue with the previous order that a different manager took care of. Ask the employee if I could check my order before I left because of previous error. I was told no and that I never had a problem with an order. As I was walking out the employee yelled at me. I called the store asking for a manager and explained the situation I told I was lying and that I never came in. I will not be using this Marcos ever again I will drive across town to get better service. The employees are rude and do not care about their appearances which they all looked dirty the store was dirty paper on the ground trash and dirt on the ground as well. Looks as the store has not been cleaned in a while. They need to clean out the whole store crew included and try again.

This place USED to be good, when they had good staff there. Our experiences lately have been awful, to say the least. It started when we had an order of cheesy bread that was delivered literally raw to our house. I understand, sometimes things happen and mistakes are made, but their response to serving us raw food was to give us attitude and act like we were deliberately causing trouble by calling to ask what happened with it. The next time we ordered, we went to pick it up, and asked if we could check the bread to make sure it had been cooked. Again, the response was rudeness and a negative attitude. When we called the store to ask why they were so rude, the manager was rude and lied to us that an employee had acted that way. We truly enjoy Marco's, but in the future, we'll order from other locations that aren't run by a bunch of rude, immature children that throw a sissy fit about being asked to do their jobs correctly. Judging by many of the recent negative comments on here, the local community seems to have the same opinion and is giving up on this store. If you haven't tried this Marco's location, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Ordered on the app with a 30 minute delivery. After the 30 min nap the tracking still said cooking (cooked for 45 mins apparently). Called the store (they were busy), put on hold twice. After 10 mins they hung up (calls not answered in order, hubs called 8 mins into my hold and he was answered right away). After an hour of order placed in oven I finally got a hold of store and my order still didn't get to my home.

Ahem let me start as I work at a Marcos. The Marcos I work at has rats in the oven, flies, black mold, a pedophile working there with minors, a boss who breaks labor laws. Haughton is a no go.

Walked in on my lunch break @ O'Reilly's Auto Parts and as soon as I walked in the door the only guy in there, tall skinny long shaggy hair point blank told me no to service, he said Chris Venables said he didn't have to so i said fine I'll go to Johnny's !! He was very rude, I don't live around here and that's not the kind of customer service you want in a store !!! I will not be wasting my time or money in a business with employees like this , something needs to be done.
