My kid wanted this for lunch. Two of the machines dont print your receipts. We tried one the previous week and tried a different one during this visit. No receipt either time. The food came out pretty quick and their ice cream machine has been working every time we have been. That only makes them better than most McDonald's.

Worst mcdonalds ever! They half fill the fries and cant ever get your order right. They're lucky they get my money. I avoid this location when I can and when I do use them I give them the benefit of doubt hoping my order will be right but nope, order still jacked up.

This location needs a serious personnel make over. From the customer service to the lack of attention to the order tickets. It is always something missing from the order. This location could really benefit from a refresher training course.

Staff did not seem concerned about service. None of the ordering kiosks had receipt paper in them and did not allow scanning of the table markers, all orders had to be picked up at the counter with no way to confirm who ordered what. When we arrived there was no one at the counter, so we ordered at the kiosk.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this McDonald’s was so disappointing that I feel obligated to say something. While filling my drink at the soda fountain, I noticed visible mold inside the ice chute and around the soda nozzles. It was absolutely disgusting — greenish-black spots and a musty smell coming from the area. This isn’t just gross, it’s a serious health concern.
I alerted the staff, but they seemed indifferent and didn’t take any immediate action to clean or shut it down. I ended up throwing my drink away and losing my appetite altogether. If this is how they maintain something as public as the soda machine, I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue ASAP. Until then, I won’t be returning to this location.

Worst manager ever working morning shift at McDonald's on belview rd. In haughton la. She provided the worst customer service to me, her employee and other customers waiting in line.

I placed a mobile order for pickup and was traveling, in a rush. I literally went in the store to pick it up 20 seconds after placing it. Of course the order wasnt ready yet. I Was greeted and taken care of immediately by store employee and the manager as well. The impressive part is that I havent even asked. I heard the manager calling for the order to be made as I was there and it was ready in a couple minutes. Honestly that was the best customer service I have experienced at a mcdonalds in a while. Keep it up guys and thanks a lot.
