Disgusting and unacceptable hygiene issue
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this McDonald’s was so disappointing that I feel obligated to say something. While filling my drink at the soda fountain, I noticed visible mold inside the ice chute and around the soda nozzles. It was absolutely disgusting — greenish-black spots and a musty smell coming from the area. This isn’t just gross, it’s a serious health concern.
I alerted the staff, but they seemed indifferent and didn’t take any immediate action to clean or shut it down. I ended up throwing my drink away and losing my appetite altogether. If this is how they maintain something as public as the soda machine, I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue ASAP. Until then, I won’t be returning to this location.
Chicken nuggets was nasty they was crispy but nasty
Worst manager ever working morning shift at McDonald's on belview rd. In haughton la. She provided the worst customer service to me, her employee and other customers waiting in line.
I placed a mobile order for pickup and was traveling, in a rush. I literally went in the store to pick it up 20 seconds after placing it. Of course the order wasnt ready yet. I Was greeted and taken care of immediately by store employee and the manager as well. The impressive part is that I havent even asked. I heard the manager calling for the order to be made as I was there and it was ready in a couple minutes. Honestly that was the best customer service I have experienced at a mcdonalds in a while. Keep it up guys and thanks a lot.
One of the better McDonald's around, order is always right, crew is courteous and fast. Don't have to ask for ketchup, straws or napkins....it's in the bag.
this little girl in a maroon jacket w long brown hair came and brought me my curbside pickup, and instead of asking “how i was” or any friendly remarks. She hands me my food and says “your car needs wash too” proceeds to stare longly at my car in total silence And states “Damn”

Eat the very often via app. Either the food is lukewarm/cold or order is wrong. Would go to another location but it’s too far of a drive.
They Suck at making food takes them 30 minutes to make a double cheeseburger Right!!
Breakfast is the only thing I go for

Terrible customer service. Ordered via the mobile app. When I drove up to the speaker, the only word spoken was “Order.” I told them I had a mobile order code, gave them the code, to which I was given the command “pull up.” Quite rude, but no big deal.
Like normal, I pulled around to the first window. There was a young lady sitting in a chair, facing away from the window, on her phone. I sat there for about 1 minute, while she never even cared to acknowledge my presence. I noticed the window was slightly ajar, so I tried to get her attention and ask if I was supposed to pull up to the second window. Without getting out of her chair, she reached up, barely opened the window and shouted something, but I was unable to hear her. I said, “I’m sorry, I’m having trouble hearing you.” She stood up, rolled her eyes, opened the window and said, “We don’t have receipts here!” I’m not sure if I interrupted her break or what, but I reminded her that no one instructed me to do anything at the speaker, seeing as they only spoke literally 3 words. Nonetheless, she copped an even bigger attitude and proceeded to slam the window shut.
I was in complete disbelief that an employee in such a position could be so unnecessarily rude and still have a job. If you encounter this same employee, I’m sorry. But hopefully she’s not working there much longer.
On a brighter note, the second window employee was much friendlier and actually had some customer service skills, which is why I bumped “Service” up to 2 stars.

Arrived at 10:40 pm, they are open until midnight, there was a car at the second window, but no one would answer the microphone. I drove up to the first window and the worker was sitting there on his phone. He opened the window and said they weren’t serving food anymore.

Terrible employees and worst service
So i had gotten there at 6pm tonight and ordered for me and my family but the card machine on the koski wasn’t working so we went to the counter it took 30 minutes and us almost yelling just to get there attention and then we literally had to go behind the table just to get our cups for our drinks there floor was sticky and smelt like mildew with was sickening especially for pregnant people and kids with how the flu and other viruses are already going around then 15 minutes in 30 cars through drive thru get there order and now there is 20 ppl waiting on doordash and there food and drive thru is still getting there order while everyone in the lobby’s food that is ready is getting cold it as the front lady is walking around with no belt showing off everything in her trunk and doing nothing like she was on sum not even the manger cared about the people in the lobby it took a total of a hour before we got our frozen drink bc i caught a attitude with them and then we waited another 20 minutes just for me to have to raise my voice just to get my food like we got two kids that havnt been able to eat at all until now and they wanted mcdonald’s so we had gotten it and having to wait almost a hour and 30 minutes just to get 4 hamburgers and some chicken nuggets is ridiculous they wasn’t only slow but extremely rude like i was to the point to where i wanted a refund and just to give half our food back because i was not finna wait another hour just to actually add the rest of our food and actually get it right like i have so much hate and anger i don’t even wanna eat this food anymore like if your workers can’t do there job without talking 24/7 they don’t needa be working.
