I placed a mobile order for pickup and was traveling, in a rush. I literally went in the store to pick it up 20 seconds after placing it. Of course the order wasnt ready yet. I Was greeted and taken care of immediately by store employee and the manager as well. The impressive part is that I havent even asked. I heard the manager calling for the order to be made as I was there and it was ready in a couple minutes. Honestly that was the best customer service I have experienced at...
The workers are nice but they cannot count. You'll need to be sure you got what you paid for before you leave drive thru. Idgaf if that makes them uncomfortable. Been shorted 2 burgers twice now.
