Ordered delivery like normally do but after 1.5 hours of waiting I called only to be told they were backed up and it would still be another 15 to 20 minutes. Even in a major city it has never taken that long for a pizza delivery at dinner time. Food not even warm. Smaller European pizzerias with one cook that does hand made pizzas never took this long either. Glad this will be the last time for Pizza Hut but with this kind of service they probably won’t be in business much longer. Too many other options that care about their customers.

This place is getting alot of bad marks. I grew up eating only Pizza Hut. I really liked it. I still do from other locations. The pizza is average for Pizza Hut. The people working there seem not really invested in doing a great job. I really want to see this place be great and it can be. Just need the employees to care enough to have pride in what they are doing.

The husband and I have always been Pizza Hut fans. But dominos is closer to where we live now. And dominos in haughton has been amazing. We thought we’d order Pizza Hut tonight and they let us down. Their cheese sticks were something a kindergarten could have made at home. And the spicy Hawaiian pizza was freaking nasty… we threw the rest away 100 disappointing .

Process SUCKS! We are having bad weather and can not get their website to work. Called in to place an order for over $100 and they refused to take it. Can ONLY order online... Will just call Johnny's Pizza, they will take call in orders! You think in a small town like Haughton, Louisiana they would be more willing to help place orders over the phone. I WILL NOT order from them EVER again and if I get any request of why a negative review I will be glad to tell them... I have been using Pizza Hut for over 50 years monthly but they have lost me as a customer!!!

Walked in to pick up a order the employee acknowledged a customer but I had been sitting waiting for a few minutes. He still didn't acknowledge me I even yelled out sir his co worker advised him I did so he still ignored me. So I called out sir a few more times he still ignored me to after 5 minutes of watching him walk back and forth he finally came to the front I asked are you ignoring me. He still didn't appear to be in good spirit. I felt very disrespected and for what reason. This is very unacceptable just for him to say 30 minute wait. Why have an attitude. I do not appreciate it one bit. To the light skin black man that ignored me while I was trying to get your attention and being rude on top, I hope you read this and think about how you treated me and the rest of the customers that came in after me people CANCELED their orders because of your attitude so. What kind of pizza place uses friggin tomatoe paste instead marinara on pizza? Sick! Disgusting! Do the workers really think ppl won't be able to taste a difference? Yall do realize it has to TASTE like pizza not just look like it right.... My Alfredo chicken pasta had no Alfredo sauce, seriously? Really think I'm going to trust that next time? So just because it looks like Alfredo pasta now doesn't mean there will be Alfredo sauce in it. Crazy.. There won't be a next time. Congratulations pizza hut, yall just burn that bridge with a regular customer between here and minden. Thank you all for finally showing me its time to just get pizza from Walmart from now on or Domino's cause I'm sorry, at least theirs always tasted like pizza. 👍

Ordered on line they messed up one of the pizza with bacon not sausage. Then the other was with everything. But no black or green olives, very little onions only had pepperoni sausage hb meat and the man for the on line order could hardly speak English had to repeat order 5 times. Never again in Haughton.
