The delivery service is horrible! Constantly, a minimum of 40 mins past the estimated arrival time! It has been as late as over 1 hour. On top of all of that, the last pizza is cold

What kind of pizza place uses friggin tomatoe paste instead marinara on pizza? Sick! Disgusting! Do the workers really think ppl won't be able to taste a difference? Yall do realize it has to TASTE like pizza not just look like it right.... My Alfredo chicken pasta had no Alfredo sauce, seriously? Really think I'm going to trust that next time? So just because it looks like Alfredo pasta now doesn't mean there will be Alfredo sauce in it. Crazy.. There won't be a next time. Congratulations pizza hut, yall just burn that bridge with a regular customer between here and minden. Thank you all for finally showing me its time to just get pizza from Walmart from now on or Domino's cause I'm sorry, at least theirs always tasted like pizza. 👍

Always friendly, always helpful, always busy staff. Sometimes it's easy to see that they're understaffed, and it may take a few more minutes, but I've yet to get a bad pizza, or bad anything from this store. Loyal customer. 😁

Ordered on line they messed up one of the pizza with bacon not sausage. Then the other was with everything. But no black or green olives, very little onions only had pepperoni sausage hb meat and the man for the on line order could hardly speak English had to repeat order 5 times. Never again in Haughton.

Amazing food, friendly staff, best pizza hut ever!
This is the worst Pizza Hut branch around. Pizza was supposed to be ready. Waited and waited aproximately 20 minutes at window and could clearly see the staff smoking and seating on the curve outside of store. When they acknowledged a customer (us) they said our pizza was put in the oven just then and tried to give us someone els'e pizza which we declined. finally, we asked for a refund which we got with the exception of the $4 tip we added. Not by choice, but by their refusal to add it back in. My wife generously just let it go but it's completely unnacceptable. will not use this particular branch again.
Tasted like gas station pizza from the day before. Tough, cold, not cut and under cooked. Ordered delivery, had to pick up. Waiting for a refund.

Worst pizza hut ever don't brother ordering from them they mess up your even if just a simple and definitely don't order there wings they can't count pass 4 out all the pizza huts they needed shut this one down they by far the worst I'll never order from them again I'll pay Johnny pizza there extra money before I go there again

Half of the order was wrong! Of course they didn’t allow me to inspect before leaving. I get home (25 miles) , discovered that 2 of the 4 pizza were wrong. Also this store run out of ingredients and crust types, that is due to mismanagement. Update: still no call back or email from corporate and still no refund. I guess I will be using Marco’s from now on.

I walked into this Haughton Pizza Hut on Elm Street and No customer service at all. I waited 10 minutes and a women came up to the register but didn’t acknowledge me. I will not come back here.
If there was a zero star I would have given a negative 10, this is ridiculously sad for business.
If you come to this Pizza Hut be ready for No customer service, a long wait time and unpleasant experience.
