Please do not order I wasted $30 got the wrong food, unedible and I've been on hold over an hr and no one can do a refund. Quite literally the worse experience I've had with a restaurant. I have never nit been able to speak with someone.

I ordered a pizza over an hour ago so I called to see why I had not received my order and I found out my order was canceled by pizza hut. When I called the store to inquire why they hung up on me. Will never ever ordered from them again even through my company. I order pizza for our store all the time never again. You have lost a customer who spends more the $ 600 almost every order. DONE

Went to the window to pick up order and the window isn’t working. There is not a sign or anything stating it isn’t working. Saw an employee inside, she looked at me and walked off. Went inside to pick up pizza and asked about the window and she stated it is was broke. During the conversation I asked could they put up a sign and she stated no. I asked why she walked off when she saw me at the window, stated she was helping a customer and not another person had been in there She never says hello or greats anyone you have to say your name and everything and she stated at you. Not very friendly and I was not very friendly either. This is t the first time nor the second time this has happenedParking: I had to pick a button

The breadsticks were not even cut on hold now for over 10 minutes just to tell them that they forgot to cut the bread sticks. Still on hold hanging up. I have things to do and then sit on my phone 20 mins

Everytime I order they never have pizza dough prep, they keep it up on the menu without showing it's unavailable at the moment. They forget to put half the order in after I waited the alloted time plus some, being told it's still gonna be an extra 10 minutes or more. The store is always dirty from when you walk into the establishment to the back in the kitchen. No hairnets or gloves being used either.
It's decent food if you don't order delivery. I work and can't leave work and so if I don't bring lunch my only option is to order delivery. I do not live in this area I live an hour away. They never seem to have a delivery driver on staff for lunch when im at work.

I went to Pizza Hut Sunday and picked up a large pan pepperoni. The pizza was great. The staff was friendly and courteous. The interior and exterior was well kept. Ordering was easy and the order was ready very quick. I'm glad I made the stop.

Actually felt the need to create an account, login, and review this place because of how garbage the service is and always has been. Ordered pizza, waited 2 hours and never got my order but they marked it as delivered. When I attempted to call (several times) to find out what happened, no one answered. Please start reporting this store to corporate (800-948-8488). This is not even the first time their service has been non existent. Get these goons shut down.

Placed an order, was told 20-25 min. Arrived and had to wait another 25 min. I told Mgr/worker pizza had better not be cold and he said it's being kept in warmer bag +-got home--++COLD.

The Pizza Hut app didn't work, so we phoned in the order. It was a timed order. We were on time, but the pizza was luke warm. We ordered thin crust but received hand tossed. We were not greeted when we came into the store. We waited over 5 minutes before anyone came to the counter. They did not appear to be busy. There was one drive-through customer and us? There is no excuse for being rude and getting the wrong pizza. EVERYONE OUT PIZZA'S THE HUT THESE DAYS!!!
