This coffee shop is my favorite BUT this new “rewards” app is SHADY!! I am supposed to have 83 points but computer says only 20! The guy looked it up and let me screenshot where I am supposed to have 83! I am now heading to Starbucks and will take this up with corporate on Monday! People, WATCH YOUR APP!! Check everything! I now see the reason they do this app stuff!!😡

Stopped here for a little energy boost to help me with my road trip. The two gentlemen were very helpful and displayed TOP NOTCH customer service!?? I explained how I prefer my coffee and they both not only listened but I told me if I didn’t like it, they would fix it until I did. I sooooo appreciate great customer service! Please keep up the great work guys!
