It was so nice knowing we were going to have a sonic in our area. But this place is a hot mess. Worst one ever. The service is terrible. Took 30 minutes just to get a drink. What really aggravates me is we pay and tip and then you have to wait. Sonic you need to do better. Find people that want to work and come to work. This is their excuse everytime. From here on out I will not tip until they come to my car. Another thing they can never get the order right. Not sure if Jack is still there but he is needs to go. Rant over
I got some free sauce with my order of 2 sandwiches to jazz it up. My carhop told me that the manager said it's free on the app but costs off the menu so I had to pay for it. Other sonics just give me the sauce for free. Might as well stop at a different Sonic. Very very lame đđ˝
They are absolutely not good because i was trying to get food and they weren't closed yet and they werent answering the button, also not doing there job, i was also there at like 10:20pm
This sonic has gotten worse in the last 7 years. The carhops donât introduce themselves when they come to the car to bring the food. A few times that Iâve went the employees were parked in the stall in their personal vehicle smoking weed as if they didnât have to get out with the sonic uniform on. One carhop of them all is the most rude person Iâve ever seen!! Chaniya is the rudest carhop they have. On 05/18/25 on the morning shift she snatched my drink out of my hand with an attitude! The different times Iâve went and gotten her sheâs more and more rude every time. I will NEVER go back again!!! Avoid this sonic at all cost if possible!
This is the worst sonic!!!! Iâve been here multiple times with an app issue and itâs always an argument to get my discount. This last visit My app kept saying they were having technical difficulties when I was trying to check out so I hit the red button and told them it would not let me order through the app. I asked if I order through them if they could just give the 50% off drink discount that way. She proceeds to tell me that the app is working because theyâre receiving app orders. I offered to show her how my app was not working and she then tells me that since theyâre still receiving orders it didnât matter. I seriously will never come back to this location!

This is the worst sonic. I hope this place closes. They don't take orders after 9 while they all hang out laughing. The owner/manger called me after I made a formal report. Made it sound like the system. Ok cool so this time I hit the red button 30 min pass there were alot of cars coming and going g so I thought they was just busy. Nope if u call they have the phone off the hook. I will being calling corporate amd sending them this photo swell as the video.
Broughe wrong order, blamed me, and were ride about giving me a refund. The joy of a business filled with children and not one damned adult.

Sat at the drive up for 10 minutes pressing the button when finally someone came outside and asked if we have ordered yet and we didnât. The employee then very rudely said âWeâll what you want. We donât have foodâ

Donât expect to get the sauce thatâs supposed to come with your food. Currently eating my moz sticks with no sauce when I specifically asked for marinara. And eating my pretzel dry when I specifically asked for cheese. Sonic fall off needs to be studied. Food is trash now and they have Popeyes level service. Donât get me started on the fry change. Do better.
Have been to sonic 4 times in the last month and their âsystem is downâ meanwhile stalls are full of cars receiving their orders. The last 2 times we stopped to get drinks 30 min before closing and âthe systemâ just coincidentally went down right when we pulled up. Itâs very aggravating. Hopefully they get a better system that works properly or some employees that actually want to work. Whichever the case may beâŚ

Pushed FOUR different red buttons & ONLY got service after having to get someone's attention while they took the trash out!! THRN my order was WRONG!!! I was told "we've been having issues with the buttons tonight"...then MAYBE pay ATTENTION to customers!!

They only have one ice machine, been hard to get bag ice. Has been going on for over a month. Had to go to Bossier tonight to get ice!!!!
