The food was burnt. Order the breakfast toaster and the bacon was so burnt that's the only thing I tasted. The rest of the food was a disaster. Nobody takes pride in what they cook.

Tina has an attitude!!! I Ordered at 9:29pm at the stall, order came out to $31.91 but on the app comes out to $20.11 I questioned it Tina comes outside to my car with attitude stating they close at 10:00 pm every day and that they shut off the app and hour before closing. On google maps it states they close at 10:30pm Victoria was not courteous. My order was wrong ? and when I’m passing through there again I definitely will not be back!!

I spent 33.00 and I am soooooooo disappointed. The food was wrong 😕 I had fingerprints in my
Bread. The meat was overcooked. I called up there. No one picked up the phone. It would be nice if you can just get your money back instead of a free meal.

Waited forever for a water with lemon and raspberry. The lemons were disgusting, mushy, and slimy. There was a hole in my water. I tried to take it back and waited forever. Nobody answered, but I pressed the button would not recommend.

Pretty absurd, waited 10 minutes for them to answer the button, when no one else was around. Then waited 30 minutes for 3 ice creams, all of which were wrong. Then i pressed the button again, hoping to be able to talk to them and get refunded but after another 20 minutes passed, I gave up. The service didn’t even make up for the amount of time I sat there waiting. Wanted to go through the drive through to maybe see if that would take less time and even that was closed. I mean what’s the point.

Order at your own risk. We ordered one Large chocolate shake with double extra chocolate and one Medium cherry slush with extra syrup flavor. The cherry slush was fine. The shake tasted like vanilla. It was near closing when we arrived. I was not able to test or taste the shake before closing. I tried the shake after getting ice across the street. It was then I noticed, no chocolate flavor and tasted like vanilla. I kept saying to myself that it was probably at the bottom or not mixed well. I stopped drinking it when we realized no chocolate flavor. Vanilla flavor. I took a photo and tried my best to move the whip cream over. There is light tan color which I presume is some chocolate. I've had this problem before, so that is why I specify double chocolate flavor or syrup. We were passing through on our way to Texas, and the restaurant was closed by the time we got our ice. I feel disappointed and cheated. I don't know why they did this. Was very specific on the add on's. I tried to find another sonic to buy a replacement, but they were closed along I 20.I do alot of road trips and I have been to quite a few sonics that get it right, but this was a fail for my drink. Not sure if this was the we want to get out of here attitude or what. On top of that I gave a $2 cash tip to the person who took the order and brought the drinks out. That was over a 20% of the bill. Wondering if that was punishment for not having a tip with the credit card payment? And thinking I was cheap or something.If you check the video. We were the folks in the white Ford with ca.per shell. I also had to get out and go to the window since I am hearing impaired. It was hard to hear the person on the speaker.
