Ordered a breakfast sandwhich on the app ahead of time so my order would be ready for when i got there, and when i pushed the button to let them know i was there, i asked the person to please add jelly in the bag, and didn’t receive it. this is not the first time this has happened with my orders. i’m very much a frequent flyer so not sure what’s going on but it’s annoying.

I ordered through the app and still after several weeks they haven't fixed their system so you can check in when you arrive, it constantly shows being .1 miles away.I proceeded hit the button to check in and after hitting it a couple more times, watching others being helped and waiting patiently, irealized that the stall (#2) is probably messed up and has no sign to say so or any indication that I should move.As soon as I moved to stall #3 I got a response first press. Other than these consistent issues of stalls not working and the mobile check in system being down, the food was good and not over cooked for once.

Fantastic job Sonic drive-thru!!! Nicole was absolutely amazing as our car hop. She did an absolutely fantastic job and went above and beyond to satisfy us and keep us as loyal customers. We absolutely look forward to coming back. Definitely worth the jog to get there right off the highway ?

I ordered a cheeseburger with mustard and onion and it felt like a punishment. It was very sloppy and disgusting. It was like yellow revenge and anger. They did remake the burger but I'm scared to go back after that. If you wouldn't eat it like that, don't serve it to your customers like that.

Ordered 2 chicken strip baskets 1 w fries 1 w tots asked for honey mustard sauce and we got both w tots and bbq sauce. Even after repeating order back. And service was very slow. Took them along time to answer speaker and wasn't but 2 other vehicles their. Won't be back. Was just passing thru that area and wanted to grab some dinner. Do better.
