The food was good but the pricing was not clear. My husbands sandwich was marked as being $10 but he was charged $11. There is also NO signage that states prices also are more than stated if paying with a card. you aren't charged a traditional card surcharge at check out, you have the cost added into each item you buy and if paying with cash it gives you a discount so surcharge is taxed and if the system does like most discounts are like coupons you still get taxed for the "surcharge". When my mom tried to get a Togo box the owner was too busy talking to an old family friend to tend to the customer and staff was in the back. when she complained about that fact employees said it was an old family friend he hasn't seen in awhile and when I said customer comes first she got an attitude. My mom said she remarked he's the boss he can do whatever he wants. Well he can do whatever he wants and when he loses business for doing whatever he wants he has no one else to blame. Thought about coming back and recommending to friends until the attitude about me questioning the pricing and lack of signage.

Youree Drive location: What a horrible experience we had. My wife and I ordered similar sandwiches, but one with turkey and one with ham. We had our food brought to us and were told the sandwich given to me was mine. I ate half of it and my wife was still helping the kids when she noticed that hers had my meat. I had already made it half way through the sandwich I was told was mine before we realized that it wasn't correct. We told the staff about the issue. We waited for a resolution for about 10 minutes and were told that it was our mistake and they couldn't remake one half of a sandwich. Also a snarky comment, "you couldn't tell the difference in Turkey and Ham?" We were told that the manager was called and he agreed that because "we" didn't notice the difference, they could not remake the sandwich. We were literally handed a sandwich and told it was mine! I get a communication issue and a mistake, but how hard is it to remake half a sandwich? Not to mention it was $80 for 4 sandwich meals and 3 cookies ... Don't go here, the customer service is non existent.

BEST Interstate option on I20!! Stop here if you are sick of fast food! Great Sandwiches and less money than a greasy combo from the typical interstate chains.

Fresh! Nice stop for fresh salads and sandwiches while passing through this area. This was our first visit and we ordered 2 Italian sandwiches, 2 large berry salads, and one Tossed salad- all 5 of us were pleased and satisfied. We’ll be making this a regular stop when we travel I-20. Stacked and Tossed is a refreshing change from most greasy, heavy fast food. I’m taking home 1/2 my large salad - can’t wait to eat it again tomorrow. Fair prices, quick, friendly service, fresh ingredients. Win!
