In the past 5 days I've tried placing an online order for pickup twice at this location and it shows "closed" but is clearly open. I'm not sure what's going on but I hope they get this fixed soon.

I have enjoyed Subway much more than I use to and they always send good coupons.. But I make the mistake of getting the little four scoops of tuna on a foot long i don't suggest this one if looking for much protein AKA meat... nice and cool on a hot ? day waiting for the horse's at Louisiana Downs

My husband was treated very poorly by the manager, who he was told name was Danny (a woman), when he was placing his order yesterday. She also made a comment about him to one of the employees saying, "You have to watch 'those people'. They will try to get over on you." I would like to know what she meant by that exactly??? And, is that how Subway trains their employees to talk to/about customers??? All he tried to do was pay for the sandwich only after initially wanting a meal since he was not being being served in a timely manner and was going to be running late for work. That comment she made was so unnecessary and highly inappropriate!!! A manager?!?! But, I did see another review state that the manager(s) are rude so apparently this may be an ongoing issue. In addition, he was also double charged for his food. He tried to tell her his card transaction said it was approved on the screen, but she told him it wasn't, and sure enough when he checked his account on his phone when he got to his vehicle, he was double charged. When he went to show/explain this to her, she rudely told him that he would have to wait 72 hours and to take it up with his bank before he could get a refund. Really???? Then when he asked for the general manager's number, he was told it couldn't be given out. I have never heard of that being that a lot of establishments have this information posted. We need the general manager's number ASAP to get this rectified. This was very disheartening for him to experience this in this wonderful Haughton community!!!

We went in with coupons like we have at different Subways and they would not honor the coupons! Said they were instructed by manager not to honor the coupons! Don’t go to this subway!!! Go to any other subway for much better customer service!!! ?

The short manager lady with red curly hair was very rude and interrupted the employee making my wife and I’s sandwiches to chastise and belittle her employee over a task he had failed to complete somewhere else in the store. There is a time and place for things like that and it isn’t while there are customers present and it definitely isn’t when they are in the middle of making a sandwich, the poor kid was so rattled he forgot to ask us if we wanted condiments on the sandwich. She should definitely be trained more on leadership skills.

Ordered online. I specifically put to go easy on the mayo and mustard. What I got was a sandwich which was SOAKING in mayo and mustard. It was hard to eat.I swear it seems like when they train folks at Subway, they tell them to lay it on thick so that everything is floating in the condiments.

Why charge me more not to put onions on my sandwich? Staff a little rude and not very customer focus..I will make my own sandwich at home save some money and taste better.

I like it! Most times it's good but they go through sandwich makers like water off a ducks a*** So most of the time it's some dude that don't know how to make anything other than bologna on white bread!
