First and foremost, the wait staff is amazing here. Misty was our server and she was clearly frustrated by various things that had occurred prior to us entering. My wife and I sat down and asked for our usual coffee and a glass of milk for our breakfast. Our server immediately asked the gray-haired male cook at the grill to please bring them some milk from the cooler. We spent the next 10 minutes while they cooked our food. Waiting as Misty asked him two more times to please bring some milk up.This is when I really began observing what he was doing and how he was treating these ladies. There's a total of three ladies, one Cook's assistant and two servers and then the main cook the white-haired male at the grill. To say the least that I'm disgusted would be saying it politely. This man talked down to them. Refused to honor their request to bring things from the back, ignored them. Argued with them. Talked down to them. I was furious at his behavior. He directly is impacting their ability to earn their livelihood in a place where $5 is on an amazing tip for them.At one point, Misty came up to me after our food was delivered. My milk still was not at my table embarrassed she asked. Is there anything else that she could possibly get me to drink because he still would not go and get the milk for them. I told her water and then proceeded to get up and walk across the street to buy myself some milk from the gas station. I came back I handed to her. I said here now you have milk for the rest of your customers and said it loud enough so that the a****** at the grill could hear me.Is my opinion that this man should be terminated immediately and someone new hired for that position. No woman, no individual for that matter should have to be spoken to degraded ignored the way that this man treated his staff there. I don't know if he's a manager or not but he deserves to be terminated.I will follow up with corporate or the franchise to see what happens and hopefully post an update for your view. If anyone chooses to dine here, please ask for Misty. She's a wonderful server and Worth being waited on by her.

I came from Houston and we Love Waffle House.. waitress was great!! But the cook a stern non friendly lady gave me burnt bacon. But what turned me off from spending my money at this location was the hair embedded in my waffles.. none in the kitchen had hair nets on! I reached out to corporate and haven’t got a response yet. So that means I won’t be spending my money again with Waffle House! Especially this location.

Waffle house is family friendly.... I ate dinner with my grandson...His order was wrong... instead of correcting the order they explained it didn't matter if it was toast or bun His order was on it was all the same..my grandson didn't want to cause a seen so he just let it be he didn't want toast he wanted bun what he ordered....

Christmas Day order to go. Got home to raw eggs after driving 20 minutes to this store. To turn around a call to see what could be done and guanda caught an attitude and hung in my face. Thank you for ruining my Christmas guanda. We just wanted to relax and enjoy some Waffle House.

My visit to the location was on 11/26/2023. Daniel and his crew are extraordinary. This was even on a busy day like a Sunday but I didn't have to wait long. I was seated at the counter and greeted by Daniel and then served by Erika (sp?). I was looked after very well. My food was as fresh as could be and every time I would look away from an empty glass, there was a full one waiting for me. Daniel and his crew were fun, social and very accommodating. I hope to visit this location again at some point.

It is completely ridiculous how cold they keep it there. i literally had to wear a sweatshirt with the hood on! I wish I had had my coat!My wife’s food came out well ahead of my food!
