Terrible customer service. This location is in desperate need for better management.

Just another Popeye's location. I ate their chicken sandwich by the drive thru and it was good. I'd come back if I got the chance.

Awful customer service. It’s like the people here have a speech disability. They barely say anything to you even when you approach them and order the food, and they glare at you at you come up to them and order. No one calls you to say the food is ready in the counter, then when you come up to grab it no one says anything and they glare at you again. He only said one thing “Say that again.” Bruh I told you the order 2 times already, I’m a native English speaker and ordered ONE item.

The food wasn’t even good. It was cold even though it’s supposed to be hot.

To top it off, the place is dirty.

So you get bad customer service, bad food, and a dirty location.

There's not enough stars to express our service in a great way she was better than the food, and it was Tony the tiger great.

Very long wait for my food, but no one was ahead of me in line....

First, Drive through not available, went inside to order, the cashier was unable to write down the order even after I repeated myself ver clearly after seeing her struggle previously. In the end she orded everything wrong. I was patient and understanding but things were just not right. There was just a couple of customers and they were struggling tremendously. The final straw was them thinking is OK to handle food with no hand washing and no gloves. Manager did not communicate simply refunded and that was it.

As a local business owner - the level of service was horrible from the staff. Took FORVER just to take my order as I just stood there - much less receive it. If I owned this location - I don’t think any of these people would represent my investment. Truly you can find better. WOW! ☹️

The chicken was awesome

The food is pretty good if you can get them to give you what you actually ordered the service is absolutely horrible I’ve already had to wait 10 minutes for food when there was no one else at the store I was told one time that they was closed due to flooding yet they where open and answering the speaker and the atmosphere doesn’t even deserve a star it’s unbelievable how unhappy the workers are I recommend just destroying this location

Road trip on I-10. If this is the location near Henderson/Breaux Bridge, the food was okay, but we made the mistake of dining in. The place had only one other seated customer, but we could find no table that wasn't filthy with debris from prior customers. We cleaned our own table and reluctantly sat down. As I said, the food was fine but we won't stop here again due to the lack of cleanliness or concern for cleaning the restaurant. It might be a good thing that we couldn't see the actual food preparation.
