The food was horrible. I tried the new cheese steak sandwich and it was gooey, messy and tasted horrible. I love the beef and cheddars, but this just a mess. For the price I paid, I should've got at least a decent sandwich. This was like soup

I love paying $13 for a combo that was made wrong. I actually normally really like arby's, but when there's only two ingredients on a burger/sandwich (cheese and roast beef) and you leave one off, how well do you think you did?
I really appreciate the trash service and expected idiocy. Nothing like a dry roast beef sandwich that cost more than an arm and a leg. That took 15 minutes to make on top of that. Yeah you're doing great. smh. Yeah, how much did your CEO make this year? Maybe the lady at the counter can't remember 50% of the ingredients because she's starving to death, is homeless or living out of her car because you guys refuse to pay any of your staff a living wage. Nothing works anymore because businesses like you are greedy and ignorant. FAFO tho, if you want. You already have a horrible reputation, I hope you're embezzling most of what you get (of course you are)... But your days are probably numbered. Might as well go the way of Chipotle.

They are the rudest laziest people they work in this place. They don’t want to help you . They all just looked at us when we walked in she walked up to the counter and we waited and waited for her to say anything to us. One of them “wearing gloves” picks up some food and something disgusting looking off the floor then goes bs l to handling the food with the same gloves on. The drink machine was out of drinks. It looked like a child fixed our food it wasn’t even on the bun just spread all over in the wrapper .

It was slow. Like 2 customers. A guy ordered after me and got his order first. Mine took a while. Threw it in the garbage. Who knows what they put in it. It was the not so welcome vibe that did it as well. Glad Im just passing by. Never again at this place.

The fryer was broken, they had to hand cut the roast beef and the sandwiches were cold by the time they came out. It took 30 minutes to receive our food. Just close it down for the repairs.

Bro. How high do you have to be to forget the beef on a beef and cheddar?to mistake crinkle cut for curly, and then just completely overlook the bacon I ordered extra, twice. Plus check the slicer, when I did get my sandwich (30 minutes to finally get my order close enough to where I said the hell with it) it was extremely thick sliced. Although it looks like one of the nicer Arby's, this one definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
