Totally ignored by the lady working the counter today. Apparently I interrupted her degrading her co worker. I went in to order she looked at me and looked away three times, then she walked off. I asked her if she was going to take my order and then she said someone would get it in a minute. So I had to leave. Poor attitude. Crazy times. Bad experience.

no one in side only me out side ordered chicken nugets 8 pic. Pull up and wait please so i did 20 min. Later i get the food . ive learned stay away from fast food joints . i want do it again. Wednesday night 8 pm.
This will be my last time here. Now charging to add onion onto a chicken sandwich. Congrats you lost a customer

In my 55 year history of eating at Burger King, worst one I've ever been too. Consistently the worse ever. Poor costomer service. Screw up orders. Apparently you have to have drug problem to work here. They don't care. You would think Burger King would be concerned about the reputation of there frachise. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Arby's.

This location has managers cursing at customers. The manager told my husband that's a hard working truck driver that are VERY IMPORTANT TO OUR INDUSTRY; they short handed and don't sit on they ass all day driving. This is a disgrace and he should be taught customer service skills 🙄 or fired. That's not courteous to others because you're having issues with workers, you need to talk with your GM or Corporate. Today is 4-14-25 @ 4:25pm. My husband walked out and went to Arby's where they have some since.
