Ordered at the Kiosk. As usual no receipt is printed out. Waited for over 10 minutes for my food. Went up front. The worker said my food was ready for over 5 minutes. They are supposed to bring the food to your table. Asked to speak the manager. Only to be told he doesn't know what's going on because he just came on his shift. The manager was nice and I got refunded back.

A race to the bottom of the processed food hell. They no longer sell the southern style chicken biscuit. Just the disgusting over processed ground chicken poison they call spicy chicken. Horrible food quality. No one should eat here ever.

I went in to this location multiple times tonight to pick up door dash orders. My last order from here before closing was horrible. It was late and the woman refused to allow me to confirm the order because she clearly had no clue what she was doing. I had to literally take it from her. Maybe if she focused on her job instead of mine she wouldn’t be so slow. I’ll never take orders from this location again.
Last night, other location, not good. This morning, here, this is how it's supposed to be. Fast, friendly, convenient.
