Every time I go to Sonic in Iowa la the bread is old and hard. Food never taste fresh. Never busy but food is nasty.

Slow. Placed order online, drove 15 minutes and still had to wait for 10 minutes. Even worse the time I placed the order there. It was 30 minutes. I will drive into Lake Charles for future Sonic orders.

This sonic is hands down the worst sonic I've ever experienced in my life. I waited 20 minutes for my cheese sticks to be blown up and my onion rings to be soggy as hell. When I walk up to the door to give food back and get a refund, all 3 of these yo yos look at me clueless. After waiting an additional 10 minutes for me refund they tell me they can't do it. I've never had a good experience at this sonic. I never leave reviews but this place is disgusting and needs new management immediately.

Don’t come to this Sonic. I never had a bad experienced at any Sonic but here The girl who was bringing food outside was extremely rude. She completely messed up our order. And When we were waiting for our missing order she did not even care to bring the food to us. And all the chicken items taste bitter and very oily as if they were fried twice.

The weather was great! The speaker box was either broken or we were being ignored, had to go drive thru. The food... Tator tots were perfect, onion rings were perfect, the sandwiches were not! The Texas toast was over cooked, the burger was over cooked so much it was dry! Asked for extra mayo on all and barely got any to modern the sandwich! The cheese was nearly melted away too! As the cherry lime aid... No cherry, and no cherry flavor! It was so light color red that it was missing its main flavoring.
This place is a big hit or miss alot. Sometimes the staff is super friendly and your order is correct and nothing is wrong, while sometimes I have gotten cold chilli cheese fries or tots because the chilli wasn't hot at all. The pretzels and drink are always great.

Kid-friendliness: We ordered the ft long chili hot dog. It was good and fresh. I wanted to order the tator tots with cheese and the lil girl was new and she was having a hats time so I just told her to give me the regular tops.

I just got an order from Sonic my wife picked up my onion rings look like they come from the bottom of the barrel full of grease the dough wouldn't even stick to the onion rings I had to throw them away my chocolate ball was black it wasn't chocolate it was black I had to throw it away that is pretty damn sad for
