The employees are not trained at all. They were extremely rude. When I asked who the manager was they would not provide me with a name or a number. This restaurant along with the one in Baker and Zachary are owned by Francis Nezianaya. I tried contacting him and he does not respond. If the employees are that poorly trained, I would not trust that they follow food health and safety regulations either.

On April 14, 2024 at 6:44pm. I experienced some disrespectful customer service at the subway store in Jackson, LA. The two, young females were rude, disrespectful and ill mannered. Every word from their mouths was of profain language. That type of behavior is and was uncalled for.

I did a mobile order. Walked in, no one was anywhere around. I waited a few minutes, said hello to get someone to come out, nothing. Waited a little while longer, finally I called the restaurant to get the phone to ring to get someone up front. An unpleasant employee came out seeming very inconvenienced. Printed my ticket & started making my order (which was past time listed on app). Won't use this location again.

The poor "sandwich artist" was alone in the store at peak lunch rush. She was clearly inexperienced and incredibly slow at making food. There were 5 customers in front of me, two of which had ordered online 45 minutes earlier, and it still took over an hour for me to get through the line. Additionally she had clearly been trained to be a stingy as possible in terms of dressing a sandwich. I don't blame her, I do blame Subway. Pay your employees a decent wage and you won't be so short staffed! People want to work, but people don't want to work for pennies!
