Bathroom is trashy. Service was poor. No gloves or head net. One server actually stole from customers card. Also had a door dash pick up there and they employees spoke about foods being left out too long.

The place looked pretty clean, but soon as you walk in there is an aroma that smells like a bathroom had overflowed. It smelled of pee and sewage so it was hard to enjoy my time there. The food was great and the service was too. Just the smell was not something brief, it was everlasting. Maybe it was the water they used to mop the floors, idk, but that was my only complaint.

I just left from there. It’s only 4 people in there waiting for their carry out. I waited 25 minutes and still didn’t get my order taken. The workers are walking around in slow motion taking their time doing everything. No pride in the service. A tall lady asked me did I order I said no and she disappeared for another 10 minutes so I just walked out.

This place has gone downhill. Waited 15 mins. to get two drinks in a mostly empty restaurant. We were sat directly across from the drink machine. The waiter was more worried eating her food in the back than serving her 2 tables. And best of all, the on shift manager who stood 10 ft away the whole time was actually oblivious to the incompetence. We left after not receiving anything other than the servers name.

This was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I came with three friends and waited over an HOUR just to get the WRONG order. Our drinks sat empty for over 30 minutes, and the waitress was basically MIA the entire time. No check-ins, no apologies—nothing. Meanwhile, a group of employees were just hanging out and SMOKING right outside like they had zero responsibilities. It was honestly embarrassing how unprofessional and careless the service was. Buffalo Wild Wings, do better. This was an absolute joke.

Ate lunch here last week. Our server krystal was horrible. she was slow with our business and seemed like she had too many tables to handle. Witnessed her being extremely rude to a fellow server. I would call it bully. I will not take my business to a place who allows people like this to serve. Managers need to do something about. 0/10 experience due to the atmosphere. This is disappointing. The food was very decent though. I will be returning to the metairie location.
