Sat here for 10 minutes by myself. No one came to the table after passing me five times. My order was never taken. I finally seen the manager when I was leaving out. Unfortunately I will never be back in.

We were a group of 10. We got there at 9 pm.They put two tables together and sat us down They didn’t take our drinks till 9:37 pm. We ordered immediately. We didn’t get our drinks 30 minutes later. The food took over an hour. The friend pickles were soggy and barely any (appetizer). They brought out food except for two my kids. It took them another 15 minutes for them to get their food. Mind you we didn’t get anything weird everything was basic (wings & burgers). Our checks were wrong. I’m honestly disappointed.

Warren and Alisa are the only ones who know what’s going on and how to do their jobs correctly. Don’t even bother ordering food, it’s unlikely you will get the correct order. The bartender has to leave the bar to go to kitchen to make food that the cooks neglect. Warren was very accommodating with our experience and made up for it by comping our food items that were wrong. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re just sitting at the bar drinking.

12 taps with no handle or a blank handle. One tap definitely blown (cup over tap handle). At least 9 macro owned. Wings were good but my phone is sticky as hell because I had to wait 10 minutes for napkins. This place is hurting.

Really disappointed with my recent visit to this location. Waited an hour for my food, and when it finally arrived, everything was cold. The appetizer came out with the meal, which was also a bummer. The restaurant wasn't busy, but the service was slow and inattentive and rude. It's a shame because I usually love BWW, but this location really missed the mark.

It was after 8pm. Had pizza from costcos that day 2pm didn't feel bad. Got buffalo wings 2 hours I'm in the Emergency room with a stomach virus never felt this bad. I'm puking up my guy and pooping alot
