Ordered a chicken salad croissant with fries, I also wanted just an EXTRA chicken salad croissant sandwhich ONLY. They charge $12.95 for what I was getting & thinking for the extra sandwhich I would only be charged like $5 extra but NO I WAS CHARGED $12.95 as if I got the side with it. You would think just for the sandwhich for a cheaper price would be the right thing not charge me for a whole other order, I would have got the side with it if that was the case but no I got only the chicken salad croissant for $12.95! What a rip off! I should have gave the extra sandwhich back and said no Im not paying that, thats ridiculous! On top of it I left a tip which I shouldnt have because that person was rude! Very dissappointed!

The building is really small, it needs remodeling. It should be cleaner also. The poor-boy was good and tasty but the atmosphere needs to be improved!

The food was so so. We had a chicken and sausage gumbo that was terribly bland and the garlic bread was lousy. While the 12"shrimp PoBoy was loaded with shrimp, it could have used some seasoning. Our friend that recommended this place and joined us, loved his Macaroni and cheese and his 12"hot sausage PoBoy. We were not impressed, cannot recommend it, and won't return. We've had so much better gumbo and shrimp PoBoy at numerous other restaurants for far less money. The only good thing we can say is that the service was good and Desiree was very friendly.

I accidentally left my wallet on the table and someone stole and went on a spending spree I have left 2 messages for the owner/manager and they have not responded they could help in the investigation but seem not interested in telling me or the police who took it

Central Poboys make the heartiest, filling, delicious poboys. They are a busy lunch spot but customer service can't be beat no matter how busy they are! I always order a large ham and cheese poboy and mozzarella sticks when I am working as an actor at New Orleans Nightmare. Just 1/4 of the poboy right before the show keeps me going. The poboys also keep amazingly in the fridge, so get a big one and enjoy it for 2 days.
