The service at this location is absolutely horrible, It seems like it’s terribly understaffed with high school kids that don’t know how to represent the Chick-fil-A brand! If you’re thinking about getting a late night dinner, please don’t visit this location. The service is terrible and so is the food quality after 6pm At this location!!!

We had several orders placed from my company. The food was delivered by the store and the over charge was ridiculous. I paid $13 for a kids meal that was delivered with other orders to the job location that 5 minutes from the Clearview location. Never again! They have lost my business.

We always order breakfast in the morning and it’s never a problem, today we ordered breakfast as usual I began to eat i bite down on something hard i spit it out a nose ring i called customer service to report it and took the information and told me if i wanted faster service to go back to the restaurant. I talked to the very nonchalant manager Anyi to explain what i had experienced. She tells me no one back there is wearing a nose ring when everyone in there is wearing a nose ring. Than her assistant manager comes up with her phone trying to take a picture of me. All i wanted was to do was tell them what i just experienced. Although we love eating there, its most definitely our last time.

Drive thru is S-L-OOOOOOO-W!!! Chick-fil-A used to be on top of their game as far as getting cars through quickly. Drive-thru is crazy slow.
