All meh. Food was okay, service was slow, and there were several private parties in all the dining sections that were much more rowdy than was comfortable. All together, it's not a place I'm likely to return to but also not a place I'd label horrible.

Parking: Mostly, you have to park behind the restaurant and under the elevated railroad. This means you have to walk past several very ripe dumpsters on the way in and out of the restaurant, and for some reason there always seems to be a dirty and discarded diaper in the parking areas.

They’re in middle of remodel. The bartender Sarah was awesome!! She manage the bar alone & was attentive to every customer. I was there for HH.

Copeland’s never disappoints me.
I got a catfish platter & it was sooo good. I also highly recommend the crab & corn bisque, crab claws, and the seafood platter. I love the atmosphere and the wait staff, they’re always the best!

Okay, soo two issues happened on two different occasions, first one went to lunch went my boyfriend and order tomato basil we get this dish y the dish didn’t come on as it tasted differently.. sent it back they fixed it and claim nothing was missing but it tasted completely different! Second one just happen today we order jazzy tenders to go my fiancé came home with tender with nothing on them he had to drive all the way back from Kenner to get sauce back on tenders! He paid for extra blue cheese chadder and of course they didn’t give it to us! Wasted gas going back and forward and the dish still was missing items I’m done! Not satisfied 45.00 bucks gone done the drain!

Had a surprisingly unsatisfactory experience today. This location is usually a go to for my family, but I doubt that I will return after today. Several customers who arrived well after we did were served entrees before we even received our appetizer. I believe the server forgot us which I truly understand. I requested to have our meal placed in to-go boxes due to the amount of time taken. We were brought plates and eventually given boxes. A dessert was ordered, cheesecake, which seemed to take an additional 15 minutes to receive though it was ordered ahead of time. Overall wait was close to 2 hours for a party of 3.

Ordered the chicken alfredo with extra sauce and literally got chicken noodles and Parmesan cheese no sauce what so ever

Enjoyed an afternoon dinner with my lovely wife on a Tuesday. Server was attentive, food was hot and fresh, and Crash N Burn fishbowl hit the spot. No wait to be seated either.

Food, fairly skimpy portions. An hour and a half for a bowl of bisque and a small steak. Had to ask for drink refills more than once.
