The Regime

No one is ever at the front counter. No ever pays attention to the front counter. I guess the walk in people are irrelevant. If you don’t anyone to come inside then shut down the lobby. You have multiple working drive thru but one works the front counter and lobby. Truly disappointing when you have to be at work but penalized for patronizing.

I’m a loyal customer at McDonald’s however my experience today was definitely a 2/10. Not sure what this is on the burger however this is unacceptable, not to mention the fries that was given to me were extremely grease logged as if they had been double fried. Food should always be double checked to ensure things like this doesn’t happened along with the quality and freshness of the food that is being put out! I tried giving my feedback with the number that’s on receipt however the number is no longer in service.
