I’ve visited this location several times, at different times of the day, and to my surprise both the restroom and dining have always clean. What I like about this location offers free secure Wi-Fi and plenty of electrical outlets so you can plug in (unlike so may others). And the atmosphere is cool and calming so it’s a good place to eat-in and sit for a while. Some of the workers are friendly and some are not - so - much, which is pretty typical for a fast food restaurant. Firstly, I'd like to start off this review with some background. My mother walked into this store sick and she had no idea where she was due to heavy drinking. And the employees didn't help her, they laughed at her. She had broken her thumb and woken up somewhere completely different with amnesia, and yet they just cast her cries for help away and let her suffer until ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES went on BREAK and she asked for a phone call from them. Whoever that was, I appreciate it, but the rest of your team needs to be evaluated for negligence, as she could've been found so much sooner. Every single one of us was worried sick and she was "safe" but NO ONE HELPED HER UNTIL THEY WERE ON BREAK. I hope this reaches one of the managers because this is how people die, they get ignored and walk outside, and get trafficked.

This business has no compassion nor empathy. My mother was drugged and taken from the French Quarter. She woke up under a bridge with no memory and went to the McDonalds for help. NOBODY DID ANYTHING. She said they laughed at her. This behavior is absolutely horrifying.

I've had some issues with the coupons on their app not always working correctly. Unfortunately, on this occasion, my free item was missing from my order. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, they rudely told me that I was out of luck, even though it was a McDonald's issue. After waiting at the counter for ten minutes, one of the crew members finally informed me that my order had been bagged and was already sitting in the window. It would have been much appreciated if they had handled the situation with more professionalism, as it goes a long way in ensuring customer satisfaction.
