Fries were cold and old, they forgot all 3 of my sauces, my order was also bumped off causing them to ask me what my drinks were and they forgot my straws for the drinks. Will not be returning to this location.

Horrible service! Took 10 minutes to acknowledge at the intercom. Took 20 minutes to get to first window and the worker wasnt there! This is FAST FOOD PEOPLE!!!! NOT SLOW FOOD!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

Horrible handout service. After paying cash, I was asked if I wanted my change. I never got a receipt. I was asked after I paid, what was my order. My order must have been a burden because it was aggressively handed to me with my drink, forcing it out the window. I was barely able to handle it. My drink was half filled with no ice. The burger was well made. The fries were okay. No sauce for my nuggets. Never asked for ketchup.

Watched the employees leaning on the counter telling stories, & laughing, as the line was phenomenally long at the drive thru. Time for a new manager! Do not come here unless you want to wait for over 25 mins for your FAST GOOD

if i could if this place 0 stars i would bc why did i wait a actual hour for a chicken sandwich and some fries and when i said i want a refund the manager stood in the corner and didn’t say anything. no one had urgency if you ask me zombies walk faster then them. oh and i wasn’t the only one they had a lobby full and i mean full of people waiting. thank you mcdonald’s for wasting my lunch break

This place is horrible. McDonald’s prices have increased tremendously and their customer service and food service is HORRIBLE. It’s bad enough that we have to put in our own order which is understandable and I don’t mind. But it’s a problem when I customize my order and they just giving me whatever they want. Mind you half my order was missing and no one seemed to care.
It’s even more upsetting that I’m waiting on my order and I hear the employees in the back having a full conversation with no sense of urgency. There’s a line inside and outside and noone seems to care. So I’m waiting almost 30 minutes and everything is cold, so what was the purpose of me waiting. 🤦🏾♀️

And every time, they give us some bullshit. I get the same shit 100% . How hard is it to make an iced coffee with no sugar?? The gal looking at us like she lost and confused how to make a drink. Pathetic.

I'd say in the New Orleans area, the River Ridge area lacks patience, and smiles. I should've checked my bag, but my two drinks, no straws and I had zero napkins for my lunch order.

The service is horrible and they are extremely slow. Got in line at 10:30pm did not receive food until 11:45pm. My order was very simple. Line should not be that slow and it should not have taken over an hour. Should’ve left but I already paid through the app and did not want to wait for a refund.

I do doordash on the weekends and this McDonald’s is what keeps me up at night. Every time I go in there there is nobody working the front counter. When I do see a worker behind the counter I have to wave them down to get their attention.
I don’t think the managers care. Never see anyone taking lead or trying to get orders out.
Avoid this location if you value your time.
