I’m convinced this McDonald’s is the worst of all time

The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. There is literally no sense of urgency at all. Do you guys need more bodies to get the job done? Expect to be waiting for a very long time for your food if you go to this location. No apologies for the wait. No friendly smiles. No sense of any type of urgency. I came to this location for a large fry and didn't get my mobile order until 25 min into my wait.

Placed an order at 2:54 PM. We waited for 40 minutes and then got everything but two things and the girl said it's coming. We waited another 25 minutes and then had to wave down an employee and she said "we were never told we needed these". They also said we have no ice in the whole store and an employee walked out with 2 sandwiches, fries, and a drink with ice. Would not recommend this McDonald's at all. The staff is ignorant amd rude.

The McDonald's on 115 Clearview sucks in their service. It's like they don't care to listen or hear you. Messing up orders left and right and being rude on top of that. Being on their phones is more than taking care of people. This site is the worst one. Please DO NOT go to this location; it is next to Chick-fil-A. Again, it's the worst service ever. Food is ice cold; someone will end up in the hospital, depending on how they cook this food, and getting it cold and stale is NOT typical normal.

I went to this particular McDonald which I go to on a regular and I ordered a sausage McMuffin with two hash browns... Well the extra hash brown wasn't there I proceeded the next day to tell them a certain assistant manager named Shauna refused to give me another one o believe because of personal reasons from the past... I will not be coming to this location any longer
Got a caramel frappe that had shredded plastic inside. The frappe was for a child, who could have choked. Tried calling to speak to someone. Noone answered the phone

This place is a disgrace. The service was horrible and they are very rude. I place a mobile order 20 minutes before I arrived. I was there for other 20 minutes waiting on them to fix my order. The girl behind the counter worked hard getting out of work then if she would have just done her job. The manager was doing the same thing. It will be a cold day in hell before I return back to this establishment.

I would rate the food or the atmosphere as I sat in the driveway for 23 minutes behind four cars. No one was moving. I finally parked and went in and the cashier said they would do an egg change from breakfast to lunch. It is 1132. I believe they do they change at 10:30. Why has no one been served no one in the restaurant no one in the drive-through horrible customer service

There is nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. If you happen to be the third car in the drive through, be prepared to listen while a couple of dozen questions are asked. And then, the answers don't seem to compute to the staff and several questions are repeated a few times. I gave up after two attempts. I don't want to spend 15 minutes in a drive through at a so-called fast food restaurant. And this was at 9pm on a Tuesday evening!
