Ordered a hot mocha latte while waiting for a family members procedure. To say the least it's simply nothing more than a barely luke warm over sweet hot chocolate. No taste of any espresso at all in it. Very disappointed and should have just waited to go to a real coffee shop.
I'm so disappointed. I'm lactose intolerant and I watched the young lady working as the barista on 3/29- the morning shift poor milk in the canister to warm up. There was already one heating up so I figured that one had oatmilk. I watched her poor the one that had milk into my cup and I asked her if it was oatmilk. She said yes ma'am. I took the approach of not judging her BUT 20 minutes later, I experienced admomninal cramping. Not ok to charge people for extras if your not going to honor it. What if I had a severe allergy to lactose. I'm so disappointed and now I understand review ratings.
Worst coffee / cappuccino I’ve ever tried
Service is horrible. Like couldn’t imagine worse.
If you want them to laugh at your Eastern- European accent, publicly laugh at your name, and make funny variations of it- that's the place to go for coffee. Bravo 👏👏 excellent service
Went to get a coffee a hour before it closed and Fran was so rude and told me all they could do was old coffee while sitting on her phone refusing to be polite
This P.J's is in the Atrium of The hospital where my daughter was in ICU for almost a week. I went to PJ's for coffee at least 4 times a day. The Coffee was good. And on occasion the service was friendly, sometimes not so much. The service was always SLOW! If they moved any slower they would be in reverse. It shouldn't take 20-30 minutes to get coffee when there are only a couple people in front of you. If you want to grab a quick cup of coffee and get back to your loved ones quickly... this place ain't the place. If you have an hour to kill and want to get a coffee, this is your place.

Really incompetent and rude baristas, they are so disrespectful to customers and do not make the drinks as per the customers requests. Very flippant, reminded me of how teenagers behave the attitude and disrespectful behavior... Making comments under their breath when I said both coffees were made incorrectly. I'm not sure how many horrible reviews this place needs before management figures out how to make the necessary changes.

if it would let me give zero.
most of the people at this establishment do not wish to be here. trust me I wish that my grandson was not undergoing surgery right now. and all I wanted was a cup of coffee to calm my nerves. so after patiently waiting for 15 minutes for a cup of coffee I asked the worker if my coffee was ready. . and she literally yelled at me where it echoed that it was coming.. and then she proceeded to yell at all the other customers to move to the other side of the establishment. I have never in my 42 years of life seen such a rude workers. and then at a hospital where most people wish that they didn't have to be there. I'm sorry that you have to work for a living and you're taking it out on us innocent customers. these were the rudest employees I have ever seen. so now only am I crying because my grandson is in surgery I am now crying because I asked if my coffee was ready yet after 15 minutes of patiently waiting for a cup of coffee.

I have been to many PJ’s and this one BY FAR is the worst. The service is terrible, they are slow, rude and have lots of problems getting the orders right. Unfortunately this is your only option in the hospital. Actually I’m surprised that it’s still open. If you put all of the workers brains together it wouldn’t make up one just average brain. Something needs to be done about this place. For starters, fire the manager and start from scratch.

PJ’s Ochsner Main Campus, Kenner Campus & On Poydras (CBD-New Orleans) are the worst in the City … Please hire employers with experience and/or willing to learn. They are not making the products correctly. Their attitude & customer service are the worst.

I’ve ordered the same thing for five days in a row and they’ve only gotten it right once. Some of the staff wear headphones are in active conversations with others while trying to serve the orders so I’m not surprised.
