I ordered dine in, received the wrong order/food, took it up to the counter and they swapped it out right away. Small crew working on a Saturday evening and they were still pumping orders out, and they were polite! 5 stars!

I went for lunch today with not too much time to spare and they didn't disappoint! With 5 cars in front of me, I was at the window and handed my order within 12 minutes of joining the line. Everything in the order was correct, down to the number of sauce I wanted. I'll definitely be going back to this location for lunch.

It's quite inside, they have a new system where you no longer speak to a human ordering your food through drive through it's a robot your talking to . It worked better then I thought h ought it would but I cant imagine if I had to order a lot

Went through the drive through where the person taking my order was incredibly rude! To order was given to me incorrectly not the way that I ordered it, I was overcharged for a couple of items that I did not order, I was missing some items that I actually had ordered and to boot the things that I did receive were discussing they tasted as if they had been soaked and burnt cooking oil specifically that expensive Mexican pizza that they ruined! Will not return to this particular location anytime soon!

Hi I’m Britany I was at Taco Bell on clearview in Elmwood today at 12pm. This is usually my favorite location. I will have to say after today I won’t be back. I was in drive thru and the lady gave me my credit card and food at the same time. So I was holding the food and putting the credit card up at the same time. She had the nerve to to tell me to move up I couldn’t because I was putting up my credit card then she got louder and louder telling me to move when I was zipping up my purse. So I was finished I went parked my car and went inside asking for the manager that I needed to talk to the manager and needed Corporate’s number the young guy that was working inside was asking me what happen and I told him. The rude lady over heard me and started yelling at me. They both refuse to give me corporate’s number and when I asked the young guy where is the manager he told me the lady that ways yelling at u is the manager. I think she needs to be talked too and needs to take a class on treating her Customer is more nicely. I won’t be back to this Taco Bell ever again.
