The gentleman in the drive-thru at night that wears glasses is always professional, quick, and just great overall. Consistently great experiences at this Taco Bell, and you know that's saying something.
Very terrible employee I called them to report that I had HAIR pulled out of my COLD taco and and this man with a very bad attitude claiming to be manager hung up on me multiple times he should be fired

Same as it always was .Great service,short lines ,and no problems with my food.I remember talking to the people in line.Their was 3 fellows there around the same time.I started ordering on the flat screen when I had to use the bathroom.I never though to lock the door on my way in thinking it was for more than one person at a time,but there was only one toylet.Somebody walked in when I was pissing...Lol ..but points off. One dude was building a porch,and the weather was messing with the build.The other two was heading to the West bank.My visit how ever was a different one as before being that I was going on a trip to Baton Rouge to go to berry my Maw-maw.She was 91.

I just left very dissapointed due to the Manager im guessing named Kenneth questioning me that I didnt say my order correctly but im sure I did because I ordered based on my kids of what they wanted!I even apologized because i thought i was holding up the line. I feel like if youre going to be a manager you need to be more professional amd not talk back rude to the customers and not act like something up his butt which looks like he might like because he gave me that vibe!! As for the drive thru girl Iyssis she was very sweet and helped fix my order. Hopefully the manager find a job he likes and can respect people.
