Walked in and sat down while someone's personal music was blaring over the restaurant speakers Way loud 😳 I was with my 80 year old mother and the employees laughed and giggled while looking our way as the NOISE BLARED. SO, WE LEFT RIGHT THEN. It's always been great food and service before at this location. Don't know what was up but it was a rude experience😒

I have been coming to this location regularly for over a year. Slowly but steadily it has become a To-go only restaurant. During regular full service hours staff has chosen to ignore walk in customers as fully and completely as possible. Every place to sit will be piled high with trash, no one will greet you unless you are picking up to-go food. Staff will ignore you as they continue to take walk up and call in orders. If you are lucky enough to place a sit down order, you will not receive a drink until your food is served and no one will come back to check on you. This staff fully committed to doing the least amount of work they can for the guaranteed 10% gratuity on To-go orders only.

Not the best experience, found a ketchup packet in our hashbrown bowl, in the other set of hashbrowns found mushrooms but neither of us ordered mushrooms. Ordered a waffle that never came! Asked multiple times about our waffle and was always told it was coming. We finished eating and still didn't have it, went to check out and asked for it to be taken off the bill and was told it would only be 25 cents taken off! How disappointing.

I usually have a pleasant experience at the waffle house on Jefferson Hwy but this morning the coffee wasn’t hot the food came out all the food was on the incorrect plate so we had to scrape the food onto the correct plates instead of fixing the issue at the grill the only thing that was actually hot was the waffle which came out as were preparing to leave. To make things even dissatisfying it wasn’t crowded at all, MAKE IT MAKE SENSE ? won’t be going back to that Waffle House ??????????

My server (I believe her name was Robin or Robie) was the best server I have ever had. It was incredibly busy this morning when I came in and I watched her run around to ensure everyone had their needs. She took excellent care of me, went above and beyond despite having several other people to attend to as well. The note she left on the back of my ticket to stay bold and beautiful truly made my morning. I’m convinced this woman is an angel who was sent to make my day better, because she surely did. And her eyeshadow was so fabulous! I hope I have her again as a server and can really bless her with a tip, I did my best this time. But she honestly deserves so much more than a 20% tip because she’s a kind hearted woman who truly embodies southern hospitality. Great service, great food! (If the boss sees this, give Ms. Robin/Robie a raise! She’s hands down your best employee, I come here a lot!)
The food was nasty, bland. There was no plastic dinnerware to eat my to go order ,which had grits. No napkins. Food slopped in container. My husband picked up our order. They didn't even give him the complete order he had to go back. I don't live here, so very inconvenienced.

Went to this location, an had a horrible experience, young lady who works there’d names legend called her boyfriend on the manager. I was scared because he said he had a weapon. Jefferson parish police was called it was a big mess. I want to give a big thanks to my server Nicole who was very nice an mad sure everything was ok.
