Order wasn’t fully correct, nuggets are clearly recooked as if they have been sitting out, bread is dry and stale, fries have zero salt, they gave me the wrong sauce, girl at the intercom clearly doesn’t give a s*** about her job.

Ordered a $6 meal with the double stack, nuggets, and fries. The nuggets were old, (and they were spicy nuggets which I didn’t ask for and don’t like), the fries were cold, and the meat on the double stack was old . The worst part about it was that I was told to pull up that my food wasn’t ready when I paid, and I proceeded to wait about 5 minutes for old food….. The people that work there are never friendly or welcoming either. I work at the hospital down the street and don’t get off until 9:30 so it’s one of the only places open that’s close by, but this will be my last time going there. Only praise I can give the place is that the frosty I ordered was good and tbh r ice cream machine was working at 10:00 at night.

Went through drive-thru this morning between 8:00 and 8:30 order the two for three sausage and cheese English muffin what I proceeded to open sandwiches they were cold the English muffin was not toasted at all and was full of grease that spilled all over car

Couldnt even complete an order because the staff was so uninterested in taking an order, I was only able to order 1 of multiple meals I needed to order. Extremely rude, not worth the stop. Also the tortilla was falling apart.

I honestly don’t understand how this Wendy’s on Jefferson Hwy is still open. THE EMPLOYEES SUCK!!! THEY ARW ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. How these people have jobs in the service industry is beyond me. If these types of people can get jobs anyone can. Wendy’s stopped caring a loooong time ago. There are too many other options to choose from.
I went here today 11/20/24 at 10:30am after the gym to get breakfast. Breakfast was over so I just ordered a anysize $1 drink, I got to the window and the store manager “light skin female” told me that my card didn’t work because it wasn’t activated. I just used my card so I know it wasn’t true. I called my bank and they said that it was never even swiped at Wendy’s. I went inside the location and saw the manager reswiping another card and I said my bank said nothing is wrong with my card. She said well I’m not serving you. I asked why and she said I was being rude. It was an elderly lady right there witnessing and she even asked her why she couldn’t serve me and the manager said she has the right to refuse service. I asked for a number to call and she called the police on me. As a veteran and just a respectful customer this is the worse I have ever been treated in any establishment. She said she couldn’t get fired because it’s her location. Hopefully someone can read this with more authority and make a change.

I’ll make this short sweet and to the point…everyone I saw this location was stoned out of their mind…practically sleepwalking…when I pulled up 4 of the workers were out back smoking a blunt…either the manager isn’t there…or was gettin high with them…there was no ice in the root beer I wanted to be a coke…food was cold…cashier was barely awake…there’s another location a couple of miles away….they can close this one…sorry I lied…it wasn’t short

I got those ghost pepper nuggets, and let me tell you, that was horrible. Too much sauce, and I think the nuggets were already cooked, and they heated them up by putting them back in the fryer. It was a very bad experience for me.
Parking: Wendy's always has parking because people hear in New Orleans hardly eat there.
