The customer service is poor I got cursed out by an employee my first time visiting & also they are stealing peoples money not letting us customers have the option of ordering small instead forcing us to get medium or large when they have small on the menu & in display. Also it took them over 30 minutes to bring out my order & when it was brought out it was cold. the worst fast food restaurant in Metairie .

Absolutely terrible location. The place always feels dirty and understaffed. They did not acknowledge my mobile breakfast order for 35 minutes, and refused to fulfill it as it was approaching lunch time when I arrived for pickup. There was a dirty used glove at the register and multiple people waiting to be acknowledged by staff. The coke freestyle machine also had no ice.Edit: the manager on duty refused to issue a refund for the mobile order I had paid for. He said he "tried to reason with me by offering lunch" and that he doesn't make pickup orders before the customer arrives because "I don't give people cold food." He also told me to leave the store since I took pictures of the store and my receipt.

I recently ordered the Cobb salad and I must say, I was thoroughly satisfied with my choice.Vegetarian options: I made a special request for my Cobb salad without bacon and chicken, and I was pleased to see that the salads are prepared fresh to order rather than being pre-packaged.

Been there twice! And the first time my burger patty was ice cold! Went there again and ordered fries this time and the fries were saturated in grease and old!! And the burger patty was ice cold again!! Couldn’t hear the person on the intercom at the drive thru!! The only thing that was right was the cold drink!! Amazed they got that right!!

At 12:15 pm today we ordered a pecan salad with a tea and a number 6. , the lady at the window didn’t give us the number 6 . When we knocked on the window she claimed she didn’t charge us for it. So she ran the credit card again. We asked for a receipt and she said she didn’t have one. After we left we discovered. She charged us $17 the first time and $10 a second time. One salad and a meal doesn’t cost $27!!! She double charged us !!! And when I tried to call the restaurant about it , no one answered. This is a scam

Every time I go to Wendy's nothing is fresh. I haven't had Wendy's in years because every time I go there the food is not fresh. I thought to myself well maybe I can give them another chance and sure enough the food is awful. The meat is dry, tasteless and overcooked. I used to love Wendy's. I would go to Wendy's a couple times a week. Never again.

Don't bother. They won't take orders via the drive thru while they are looking directly at you thru the window. If you pull up to the window they walk away until you are gone. But they leave the window open so you can hear them complain about not wanting to take orders via the drive thru. Who owns / manages this trash franchise?
