I ordered a snack box. one breast that was cooked in old greese was never freshly cooked told me it was going to take 20 minutes. Waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes decided to drive back around to the window still didn't have my food ready. A hand full of fries and a small cold roll. All for $8🤦🤦 I will never eat at JJs again. I have never had such poor service. They didn't even give me a napkin are anything. No kind of condiments what so ever. I advise you not to go to JJ's I promise you will be very unsatisfied. With the meal and customer service......😞😞😞

So we order 3 Jumbo burgers with no cheese and these people give us something called a Joe Burger with nothing but meat and cheese and we go back and they claim there's nothing they can do about it...we never even heard of a Joe Burger let alone ordered one with cheese...many times these people have given us burned food and old french fries cooked in old grease and I have let it slide but this robbery that cost us over 30 bucks was the last straw...we will not recommend them nor spend our hard earned money with them at JJ's again...

Wet with sweat but still charged 23.00

I called in an order for me and my boyfriend. Mine was a basic hamburger; mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle. Honestly, nothing fancy...a basic HAMBURGER. He picks it up on his way home. He gets in the house and we open up the bag to see his correct order and my hamburger was just meat, and mayo on a bun. A far cry from mustard and veggies. I call to let them know they offer to remake it which means I'll have to use my gas and time to go back into Jena from trout to pick up the burger, or they can put "my name on the wall" and get it replaced at a later time. Neither of those things are what I want. I want my money back and to not go there again...Can I just get a refund on the jumbo burger I'll never replace? Nebo quick stop is the best burger around at the moment.

My wife and I have eaten fish plates at JJ's for a long time and the food has always been good until last Tuesday, May 14, 2024. We are on a fixed income so now we don't eat out as much. We ordered 2 small fish plants for about $35. We could not eat them. It was the worst fish I have ever tried to eat. If it was catfish, it was foreign fish. The fish was in a batter and completely dried out. I'm beginning to think it is something they get that is already breaded and frozen. Our slaw was to salty to eat. The potatoes were soggy and the hushpuppies were as black as a piece of charcoal. I usually just let something like this go. That was $35 we just threw in the trash can. I want be back.

Awesome place to eat. Friday night boiled shrimp plates are so good. Try them out you won't be disappointed.
Ordered food around 6:20. Get in the drive through and get there at 6:45 and its not ready, but the girl in the window says we can pay now and pick it up later. We declined and go through the drive through again, then the lady informs us they have no chicken, and then asked if we wanted to change our chicken boxes to fish sandwiches instead, even after mom said just do fish boxes. The lady wanders off and comes back a minute later to finally ask us if we wanted our fish grilled or fried. They didn't ask us that when we called in to order. Since they didn't have anything even cooking, we canceled and thanked our stars that we didn't pay the first time around!
