I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life. Part of my order was a cheeseburger with just mustard and pickles. The woman dressing the burgers suddenly shrieks how disgusting mustard and pickles are. I could have ignored her saying it once but she kept saying it repeatedly. I spoke up and offered to take my order elsewhere if she couldn’t handle it. She was not setting a good example for her young workers. Her job was to fix the food not disrespectfully comment on it. She won’t have to worry about fixing it again.

I ordered a snack box. one breast that was cooked in old greese was never freshly cooked told me it was going to take 20 minutes. Waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes decided to drive back around to the window still didn't have my food ready. A hand full of fries and a small cold roll. All for $8🤦🤦 I will never eat at JJs again. I have never had such poor service. They didn't even give me a napkin are anything. No kind of condiments what so ever. I advise you not to go to JJ's I promise you will be very unsatisfied. With the meal and customer service......😞😞😞

So we order 3 Jumbo burgers with no cheese and these people give us something called a Joe Burger with nothing but meat and cheese and we go back and they claim there's nothing they can do about it...we never even heard of a Joe Burger let alone ordered one with cheese...many times these people have given us burned food and old french fries cooked in old grease and I have let it slide but this robbery that cost us over 30 bucks was the last straw...we will not recommend them nor spend our hard earned money with them at JJ's again...
