My husband wanted Popeyes so I went there for lunch. They were so nice and gave me the best service. I haven’t eaten there in ages. I’ve never had workers be so nice and cheerful. My chicken wasn’t finished yet so they asked me to pull over, but it was there in less than 2 minutes and they got my order correct, all my food was hot, they remembered sauces and napkins… AND they gave me extra biscuits and larger fries. That was so nice of them.

Everytime I go by there they're not open. Was supposed to open at 10:00. They said don't open until 10:30. Okay went by today and they say don't open until 11:00. We site says 10:30. Popeyes get your act together and get people who want to come to work and actually work. Jena Popeyes is a sad situation indeed.

This used to be the best Popeyes. Now, you're lucky if they're there long enough to order anything and don't order chicken unless they've just started cooking for the day. Otherwise, you will be served stale food. They just changed to not opening til 11 AM, when it used to open at 10 AM. They've lost another customer.

Pulled in to eat, walked to the door at 9:10 pm and the hrs on the door said they were open till 10, door was locked and a employee said we’re closed on the inside, because we are shorthanded, however there are 5 people in the kitchen and 1 on the floor.

Sat at the drive thru 20 minutes waiting on food, because the inside was closed. The teller hung out the window talking with each person for roughly 5 minutes per vehicle, instead of asking them to pull up so that the people behind could get their food.
I've waited 25 minutes in drive through for chicken stripes called in to see what was taking so long they had sold all of them an having to fry more. So I have to wait 10 more minutes for more this is ridiculous.
