I've waited 25 minutes in drive through for chicken stripes called in to see what was taking so long they had sold all of them an having to fry more. So I have to wait 10 more minutes for more this is ridiculous.

Did a mobile order for a 8 piece nugget meal and a 12 piece nugget meal. They handed me my bag and I drove off. Once I got home I saw that one box had no chicken in it was just fries and two extra biscuits. I drove back to Popeyes and told them what happened just to be belittled and chastised because, “I know there was two boxes in that bag”. What the moron manager behind the window failed to hear, either through malice or pride, is that yes, there were two boxes but one had no chicken in it. She then proceeded to slam the window in my face. I then drove off.

We stopped at the Jena Popeyes when we drove through town and took a chance on it. Why do I say it that way? Suffice to say we have experienced bad service and subpar food there before.But this time the food was great, the preparation of our order was quick, and a shoutout to Lashandra who offered us some options to save money by optimizing our order.Fast food restaurants are suffering from employee shortages in this day and age and the folks on the job after to work harder to perform their duties. The lobby here is closed intermittently for the past few months due to the lack of employees. It is nice to get a good dinner and be treated courteously these days.

Absolutely horrible....no gravy on the potatoes and the spicy chicken wasn't spicy ..the people were very rude!!! Jena Louisiana location sucks GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PEOPLE!!!!

Every. Time. They mess up my order. Every. Time. Tonight it was mashed potatoes instead of Mac n cheese and they didn't give me my biscuits. I'm so tired of them screwing up my stuff that I'm going to Ball instead and thats sad considering I live here in town. Maybe some decent people would work there if the pay rate was a bit better.
