I never write reviews, but I just had to for this one. A lot of people have bad things to say about the Jena sonic, but I am not one of them. I know I must look huge coming in between 6 and 8 in the morning to get a cheeseburger and tater tots, but the lady who opens the store every morning (I believe she might be the store manager) is always friendly and always able to get my order out in 5mins flat. I never have any errors with my order and it's always hot and fresh. Sonic is the one place in town that I can get off work from my graveyard shift at 7am and get something that feels like a supper, if I just don't feel like going home to cook or I feel like treating myself. I tend to be a little bashful about wanting lunch/dinner food in the early morning, but I will never get tired of a 6am bacon cheeseburger and tater tots, and this lady is OUTSTANDING at making me not feel bad for asking them to make me one đ It's gotten to the point that I won't even go if it's not morning time because I know this lady will be there in the morning and hook me up nice.

Ordered a Supersonic Breakfast burrito with no onions or jalapeño..well when I eat a few bites what do I taste? Onions and jalapeños..and bacon doesnât come on that burrito just the sausage and other ingredients..please do right for once

Ordered a Diet Coke with cherries, received a regular coke no cherries. Is making drinks correct that hard? Is this not a drink stop? Would have went back if any of the stalls worked and if the line wasnât so long.
When did America's Drive In turn into drive thru only? Disappointed. Drive thru line was too long and way too slow. Food has gotten overpriced. Not worth the time anymore.

This location needs a new manager. The food is awful. Every time I get a hot dog, the bun is stale. The tots always taste old. And how hard is it to stick to a certain measurement when you make tea? One day youâll get enough sugar to go into a coma and the next day, you question if itâs unsweetened. And the service is awful. Itâs drive through only and then you wait 5-10 minutes for someone to answer you. And stop hiring these teenagers who donât want to work! And to the manager whoâs going to comment on this to call corporate, Iâm one step ahead of youâŠ

Sad to say, but the sonic i grew up at isn't the same. Stalls are never available to use. Drive through only majority of the time.

Only drive through most of the time; especially evenings. Only mobile orders at the stalls. Yet, there is little to no signage to direct customers when this occurs. Mobile app is often down. Weâve waited at stalls multiple times only to be directed back to the drive through line.
