Only drive through most of the time; especially evenings. Only mobile orders at the stalls. Yet, there is little to no signage to direct customers when this occurs. Mobile app is often down. We’ve waited at stalls multiple times only to be directed back to the drive through line.

My son’s honor roll reward was expired. So they denied him his ice cream cone. Actually it was 2 rewards. He was gonna give one to his sister. Really man. It’s a 2 sec squirt of ice cream. Good job you saved your company .12 cents…..worth way more than that customer you lost.

First I had to sit in line 10 min. Before anyone said anything to me. Then I had to wait in line 20min for one smash burger. The burger wasn't a smash burger it was two and a half regular patties and a drop of sauce on the buns. They added so much salt I couldn't eat the burger. Just nasty. I will never eat there again.

Sat at Stall #24 and pressed the button and waited for 10 minutes and no one ever answered to take my order. Had to download the app to order my food. Food came to me cold. Will not be going back to this sonic ever again

I dont know what was going on tonight, but I went in for an M & M blast and waited over thirty minutes. Saw at least one other customer leave without getting their order. When my order came the ice cream had already started to melt. I have never had this happen here before, but am not happy thus evening.

This place is horrible! I’ve gotten moldy chili cheese frito wraps from here! Every time I’ve gotten a shake from here, it won’t have whip cream or cherries. There has also been occasions where they wait so long to bring it out it’ll be completely melted when they do! They are also not very nice, some of the workers will just walk away with ur change instead of asking if you want it! At this point just make the drive to Columbia or Alexandria to go to sonic.

some guy ran the place by himself on a friday night, and most importantly, he perfected the application of ketchup on my hotdog better than 20 other people who usually work at sonic, he also put extra oreo’s on the ice cream 10/10, thank you ?
Everything was dripping in oil and the bite I had tasted like old oil. Maybe need to clean the fryer and put new oil in it. Got the items at 10:40am. I tossed everything but the drink. The drink was decent this time. Usually this place is decent.

The food was thrown together and sloppy the tots were extremely overcooked, and the carhop walked off while I was trying to check my food, even though I was being polite and had already tipped her. Ordered two burritos, one with no jalapenos, and we had to tear them open to see which was which because they didn't mark anything. Will not be eating here again.
