Ordered a Supersonic Breakfast burrito with no onions or jalapeño..well when I eat a few bites what do I taste? Onions and jalapeños..and bacon doesn’t come on that burrito just the sausage and other ingredients..please do right for once

The place is good but sometimes it takes 30 or 10 minutes for the order to come outside and sometimes they don't answer but Im not sure about this place much but it's still good

Ordered a Diet Coke with cherries, received a regular coke no cherries. Is making drinks correct that hard? Is this not a drink stop? Would have went back if any of the stalls worked and if the line wasn’t so long.
When did America's Drive In turn into drive thru only?
Disappointed. Drive thru line was too long and way too slow. Food has gotten overpriced.

This location needs a new manager. The food is awful. Every time I get a hot dog, the bun is stale. The tots always taste old. And how hard is it to stick to a certain measurement when you make tea? One day you’ll get enough sugar to go into a coma and the next day, you question if it’s unsweetened. And the service is awful. It’s drive through only and then you wait 5-10 minutes for someone to answer you. And stop hiring these teenagers who don’t want to work! And to the manager who’s going to comment on this to call corporate, I’m one step ahead of you…

Sad to say, but the sonic i grew up at isn't the same. Stalls are never available to use. Drive through only majority of the time.

Only drive through most of the time; especially evenings. Only mobile orders at the stalls. Yet, there is little to no signage to direct customers when this occurs. Mobile app is often down. We’ve waited at stalls multiple times only to be directed back to the drive through line.

My son’s honor roll reward was expired. So they denied him his ice cream cone. Actually it was 2 rewards. He was gonna give one to his sister. Really man. It’s a 2 sec squirt of ice cream. Good job you saved your company .12 cents…..worth way more than that customer you lost.
First I had to sit in line 10 min. Before anyone said anything to me. Then I had to wait in line 20min for one smash burger. The burger wasn't a smash burger it was two and a half regular patties and a drop of sauce on the buns. They added so much salt I couldn't eat the burger. Just nasty. I will never eat there again.

Sat at Stall #24 and pressed the button and waited for 10 minutes and no one ever answered to take my order. Had to download the app to order my food. Food came to me cold. Will not be going back to this sonic ever again
