Apparently I can’t get extra of one topping on my sandwich? If I get only two toppings on my sandwich that’s 1oz each then theres hardly anything in the sandwich. What’s the difference between getting more of one topping vs picking one of each topping for a full sandwich. What is one oz of lettuce going to do for a $15 sandwich. Greedy. This is what a sub is suppose to look like

Good Place!! I love this place when I walk in it smells so good when I smell the place it makes me wanna go ahead and eat salt and vinegar chips and drink a Dr pepper and eat a footlong cookie that's my favorite! So if your looking for somewhere to eat this might be the best place for u!!!

The little girls currently working here cannot make a sandwich to save their lives. Imagine having to beg them to put more than two pieces of each ingredient on only to have them literally drown the sandwich in the sauce you request. Meanwhile, you are thrown attitude. I will not accept another horrible sandwich. Next time, I'm out the door and refuse to pay for it.

Store hours 9am to 11pm??? My husband and I were there at 11:50 June 2nd and it was closed. We drove by at 1 and they were open. No sign on the door; just locked up with all the lights off.

I won’t be going back to this subway. My sandwich wasn’t made very well. For one the lady only put cheese on half of my foot long. She also put the wrong cheese like really. Then I asked for black olives and she was only putting 5 olives I asked for more and she was like can we put extra on her sub. Jena sucks Winnfield subway is way better.
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich option. Salads, & everything is made the way you order it

As soon as we walked in, we were not greeted. The two ladies working just kept on talking amongst themselves. After i said "hello thanks for choosing subway" they looked at us, and said"what can i get you" very rudely i might add. The vegetables were all soggy, and they never once said Thank You or anything cordial. It was one of the worst experiences ive had in our Subway. Needs improvement and knowledge of how to make the sandwiches. More training and also need to learn to be more friendly.

Do not come here. First they had a police scanner going off loudly in the store when I was trying to order. All the veggied looked a day old. I got a salad and had to ask the boy behind the counter to please get some fresh. The black olives I wanted, but didnt get any because there were 3 in the container. So I asked the older indian looking lady who was the manager and she said me. I said well the black olives and all the veggies look old. She said no ma'am we just filled them. But there were three black olives in the container. First time I have been to subway in jena in about a year. I want be going back. Just nasty.

I was running late today and I wanted subway. The app said drive thru. So I called in my order and when I got there to pick it up I went to the drive thru. And they told me I couldn't pick up my order in the drive thru because I didn't place it online. So I went in the store and they hadn't even made it because they said walk-in come first.
