Store hours 9am to 11pm??? My husband and I were there at 11:50 June 2nd and it was closed. We drove by at 1 and they were open. No sign on the door; just locked up with all the lights off.

I won’t be going back to this subway. My sandwich wasn’t made very well. For one the lady only put cheese on half of my foot long. She also put the wrong cheese like really. Then I asked for black olives and she was only putting 5 olives I asked for more and she was like can we put extra on her sub. Jena sucks Winnfield subway is way better.

As soon as we walked in, we were not greeted. The two ladies working just kept on talking amongst themselves. After i said "hello thanks for choosing subway" they looked at us, and said"what can i get you" very rudely i might add. The vegetables were all soggy, and they never once said Thank You or anything cordial. It was one of the worst experiences ive had in our Subway. Needs improvement and knowledge of how to make the sandwiches. More training and also need to learn to be more friendly.

Do not come here. First they had a police scanner going off loudly in the store when I was trying to order. All the veggied looked a day old. I got a salad and had to ask the boy behind the counter to please get some fresh. The black olives I wanted, but didnt get any because there were 3 in the container. So I asked the older indian looking lady who was the manager and she said me. I said well the black olives and all the veggies look old. She said no ma'am we just filled them. But there were three black olives in the container. First time I have been to subway in jena in about a year. I want be going back. Just nasty.

I was running late today and I wanted subway. The app said drive thru. So I called in my order and when I got there to pick it up I went to the drive thru. And they told me I couldn't pick up my order in the drive thru because I didn't place it online. So I went in the store and they hadn't even made it because they said walk-in come first.

The worker just told me she was on break and for me to come back in 15 minutes if I wanted a sandwich!!?? Wow. I used to work here myself and that never mattered. We worked regardless . 5/11/22 at 4:12 pm. If I had the managers number I'd call him.
The staff was rude. The food table was nasty. The server kept wiping her hands all over her clothes and still served food without washing. I used a coupon for a meal which includes the sandwich, chips and drink but was still charged $1.50 extra for a meal. Ordered a kids meal but only got the sandwich. Wasn't charged for the kid meal, just the $2.00 for the 3 inch sandwich.I was extremely disappointed. Management needs to do an overhaul of the staff and find people who aren't rude or unsanitary.

I got tuna on the Spinach wrap. That's a no no! Never again. # 1 the wraps are way to big for the amount of tuna they put on it. I had to peel way to much wrap away. # 2 the tuna kept squeezing out all over the place. #3 the wrap is tough. And last but not least the Spinach wrap is way more calories than the white wheat.

Being a Karen. Used blue latex gloves like he just got done cleaning. Touched everything including his nose before making my sandwich. Didn’t pull any of the meat apart, sloppiest sandwich I ever got. Used a dirty wet knife to cut it. I’m not eating it wish I would of walked out.
