We were the only ones In the resturant, the atmosphere wasn't grandiose like most Hispanic restaurants. The food however was great. The only music was being played in the kitchen.
I never rate somewhere before going there more than once, and I have to say that those two experiences were complete opposites. The first time the waiter was kind, the food was amazing, and we got our food quickly despite the restaurant being just about full. The second time, the waiter was rude and rolled her eyes at my grandpa when he asked her a question, the food was stale and was in much smaller portions, and it too at least forty minutes before we were brought out food when...
