Wrong order...asked me if I wanted to round up and I said no...they rounded up anyway...everyone in the back cutting up and laughing over the speaker...this gotta be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Kaplan McDonald's is a joke do not give them your business. Changes need to be made before I ever return.

It was alright I give it a 3 out of 5 stars bc no once but twice I have gone there an specifically oder what I wanted an I still didn't get exactly what I wanted an I said what I wanted clearly an was still given a small cheeseburger when I said I wanted a dubble cheeseburger not a single small cheeseburger.

I am changing my ranking this morning I waited 20 minutes if not more for a biscuit and a McGriddle meal and they served everyone around us and behind us so I can only assume my order was forgotten I will say they lady running food was very positive and kind the manager gave me mine and didn’t even apologize for the very long wait for $19.00 i should have gone somewhere else
