Wrong order...asked me if I wanted to round up and I said no...they rounded up anyway...everyone in the back cutting up and laughing over the speaker...this gotta be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Kaplan McDonald's is a joke do not give them your business. Changes need to be made before I ever return.

It was alright I give it a 3 out of 5 stars bc no once but twice I have gone there an specifically oder what I wanted an I still didn't get exactly what I wanted an I said what I wanted clearly an was still given a small cheeseburger when I said I wanted a dubble cheeseburger not a single small cheeseburger.

I am changing my ranking this morning I waited 20 minutes if not more for a biscuit and a McGriddle meal and they served everyone around us and behind us so I can only assume my order was forgotten I will say they lady running food was very positive and kind the manager gave me mine and didn’t even apologize for the very long wait for $19.00 i should have gone somewhere else

7/13/2024 I went to McDonald’s at 6:00am I did not leave until 6:23 on top of that I didn’t even get to order. I was ignored at the speaker when I continuously said hello. I bypassed and went to the window. When I hear the order taker take the car behind me! I drive up the lady in the back has the most DIGUSTING attitude ever “did you order sum” I’m like no ma’am I tried at the speaker no one replied “well I’m by myself I’m doing something we busy” . . Well excuse tf outta me I thought I was the SOMETHING you were suppose to be doing?. Then she proceeds “you want sum or no” I say no thank you she slams the window in my face and then starts talking on the headset to the person up front that magically just appeared? ?I’ll never go here again everytime I try it’s something. I’ve worked here when I was young it was never that hard to take orders while cashing people out. Last time I order hotcakes and sausage I had lettuce in my shxt but I was already too far away to go back and they don’t answer the phone. Y’all are one of the ONLY food places in Kaplan get y’all shxt together. The company not even replying to any of these negative reviews. Where’s Larry?

I do not know if the people can not hear when they are taking orders , but Kaplan McDonald's is trash!! I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon NO MUSTARD, they put mustard and took my cheese off!! My patty is all chopped up and put back onto the bun. Spending well over $20 for food here for them to mess up orders & then laugh in your face.
Obviously the franchisee does not care about all the negative reviews that this place gets. This place is disgusting,the dining room is filthy,three people on break at the same time,flies all over. One must be the manager because she's in regular clothes and sitting at the table with an employee without a care in the world that her restaurant looks like garbage.

The hamburger patties were not cooked they were almost raw and in one of them we found a bug in it. Therefore it was not edible.

I went through the drive through and it was obvious that they dropped our food, I ask for them to remake a burger and the lady took my bag to the back and brought me the same torn up patty with with a new bun. I ended up just bringing it back and asking for my money back. We will never eat here again.

Yesterday Feb 19 2024, this McDonald's was operating with both bathrooms shut down and no running water. Completely unsanitary and disgusting. Pretty sure it should've been closed while the rooter guys were working on it.Know the fire marshall would've shut them down during the fix. Just gross
