My husband and I grew up in Kentwood, and we were raised on this Sonic. Since then, we’ve moved away, and have come to realize that we have been spoiled as children. No other Sonic we’ve been to (and we’ve tried lots!) has been nearly as impressive as this one. So much in fact, that every time we visit our parents back home, we make it a required stop during our trip.
Excellent service yet again, great ice cream. Literally ordered and had it at our car in 4 minutes. Can’t beat this one! Kentwood, you don’t know what you’ve got here. Keep it up, y’all! See ya next time we’re in town!

There is a marvelous selection of good things to eat and drink. This is a step above the regular burger joints. You have dozens of choices of burgers, fries, and delicious drinks. You order from your vehicle and in a few minutes a gal on roller skates brings your food with a smile. Be sure and tip her!

Since we’ve been stuck at home with the winter storm my family wanted something from Sonic. So I made an order on the app spending more than $80 for everyone, upon arriving to the Kentwood location and receiving my order I the carhop that I had ordered medium, ice creams so she took that back inside and got that fixed well I continued to check my order and realized I was missing another item. When the carhop came back to my car I told her that I was missing another item. She proceeds to takes all of my bags and receipt back inside as she’s walking away she yells back at me you should have stayed home and cooked instead of coming up here. So I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been coming to the Kentwood location all my life never have I been treated the way I was tonight. Also let me add that I asked to speak to the manager on duty and was told they would be right out and said manager never showed up to speak to me. Tonight will be my last trip.
Between them getting your food wrong, even though they make you repeat your order because they weren’t listening, the high prices ($15 for a combo meal) and the low-quality of the food, I recommend avoiding this disappointing location all together.

Great, easy, and fast. One day I went there they gave me the wrong order so I told them that it wasn't mine and the manager gave me that food and my food cone to find out it was just a accidental mess up on my order but great service and a really nice manager.
