The New York strip was very good flavorful and the outside crested surface was excellent the steak bites were a little bit tough good flavor and the sweet potato with praline crumble with excellent salad was large enough to serve too and we had an exceptional server. She was very attentive and one of the best servers that we've had in many dining experiences.

The wagyu 12 oz New York Strip is described as perfection on a plate and the best flavor for $95.00. In reality the chef has not mastered preparing this dish. It was so over seasoned the salty flavor completely ruined the meat. For this price and in light of this description the meat was a failure.

The atmosphere was great and though the steakhouse os nice, it's not pretentious. The food was great and so was the service. My husband had the filet and it was delicious. The portions are big so next time we'll probably share something. The bar is also nice.

Had the filet and ribeye cooked medium (perfection 10/10) Had the bayou rum punch so good!

We ordered a 95 dollar waygu steak that was the worst steak we ever had. The salad was way overdressed. The bread was burned and we asked for more and they brought out more burnt bread. Will never go back. 200 dollars down the drain.

We were seated quickly. Our server was very nice and professional. Brought out some delicious bread to start. We ordered the crab cake for appetizer, which was very delicious. We ordered the 14oz steak , medium cooked , to share. Our steak was very rare in the middle and almost burnt on the outside. They no longer sell baked potatoes but you do have the options to get loaded mashed potatoes. Definitely not the same. Thankfully the bread and crab cake was good because that is all we ate. It was disappointing because we made these reservations to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

The newly renovated restaurant is just beautiful with great steakhouse vibes. The cocktails were delicious. The ribeyes were amazing and perfectly cooked to a medium rare temperature. Cameron, our waiter, was fantastic. He was very attentive, knew the menu very well, and had great suggestions. When we come back in December to celebrate my birthday, we will definitely make reservations at Big Sky Steakhouse, and we will request Cameron to be our waiter.

Arugula/peach salad was excellent along with the red fish. The crab cake was mostly breading. Very disappointed with that especially for that price. We go keback but will not order the crab cake.

We'd planned on steak the next night but let me tell you, the fish was on point. We'll definitely be back. Oh and super glad they were able to fit us in for an earlier dinner.

Food is not what it used to be. No baked potato's and the steak flavor has changed. Disappointing!

Decor is beautiful, but it was great before the remodel. French fries were too salty. Missed not having a baked potatoe.

Big Sky Steak house was outstanding. Excellent service, food, and we really enjoyed we could not hear the "casino" noise, it made for the perfect ambiance.

Big Sky Steakhouse at The Coushatta is very good. The food is outstanding and improved. They are open 7 days a week vs only 3-4 days. Service is great and waiters are friendly and personable. We go every time we go to the Coushatta. Don't hesitate to give it a try.
