A professional food writer ought to take some time and visit this Cajun prairie restaurant. The shrimp are boiled perfectly. The seasoning does not carry too much of a punch, but extremely flavorful. The boiled corn is worth the trip. And the owners and staff make you feel at home
We always stop by before the casino. Hands off to cook she did good. Not under cook and not over cook . The spice just right if you like hot. It was not salty at all. I did bring my own sauce

The Food was excellent the Service was in a great timely manner and The Employees were very respectful and caring I would recommend if you haven't tried to get you some jus Crawfish!!!
