Took my mother in law out for Valentines Day Supper, food was wonderful, I wanted steak and shrimp but i also wanted some fish, i was prepared to order steak and shrimp with a kids fish which was 2 pieces of fish with sides, the waitress kindly offered for me to just order 2 pieces of fish because it was cheaper than ordering the kids plate, great friendly staff, we were literally beside the salad bar but nothing would have them but to get our cheese bacon bits for our baked potatoes, very nice, very helpful, great environment, only reason for the 4 stars on the food and not 5 was in my opinion the fish and steak could have had more seasoning, i tottaly understand that you will never please everyone, whats bland to me will be over spicy to the next person, will i go back, absolutely, will i order the same food again, absolutely, i honestly cut my steak with my fork, one of the most tender steaks i have ever had, all in all a solid 10, i just like mine a little more spicy than others, and the way the staff was treating us, if i would have ask for tony's they would probably have went and got me some out of the kitchen, great experience, definately will be back again, kudos to their kind friendly staff, wonderful time, great memories made tonight !

I ordered the Ribeye and grilled shrimp. The salad bar is really good, baked potato was just right. The steak on the other hand was one of the worse I've ever had. I ordered medium and it came out a little more than medium well. The meat looked as if it had been frozen and thawed to be cooked. Flavor was not good at all. The shrimp were cold and lacked flavor as well. They had seasoning, but it was just not good. For 33 dollars, it was a huge disappointment. But everyone else that was there enjoyed their fried fish and fried shrimp. I just didn't want anything fried that day.

We love Roy's Catfish Hut! We have never had a bad experience there. Roy's has been one of our favorite seafood restaurants to go to for years. The service is always friendly, and the food is always superb. We definitely recommend Roy's to everyone!
