Stopped for the Smashburger. First, the slot we drove in wasn’t working but no one answered although it said button had been activated. Moved to another, gave our order but couldn’t pay, screen wasn’t working. Received our order, went home & found we didn’t get exactly what we ordered! Prices are high, & didn’t get what we ordered?! Sonic has disappointed us. Not eating here again.

It’s sonic, the supposed treat stop. Yet, you can rarely get ice cream in any form because the machine gets cleaned up long before closing time or, “the machine is down”. I’m definitely done wasting my time with this location.
I order hot dog with chili and charged. What I received when I drove 8 miles back to the camp was some potato and chilly which I never stated. It is so aggravating that someone does not check the order more worried about getting back to the cell phone… My experience with Sonic over the last year at multiple location is poor to say the least….. Also I tried calling the the Location multiple times and no one ever pick-up the phone…

Went 15 min to this sonic, got my food came back home just to have y'all miss an entire burger, can't exactly go back because the gas I do have is to get to work tomorrow so I spend $30 on a meal for y'all to mess up my order now my husband can't eat tonight and I'm out of pocket $$30 highly disappointed and honestly won't be coming back so better.

This is by far the worst sonic in Louisiana, it is more of a hood gangster place than anything. If you order from here good luck getting your food. And Tia really needs a whole new attitude.

Went get burgers for me and my daughter I always get #4 burger with mayo lettuce cheese only I only received cheese on my Burger... My daughter got # 3 with no ketchup no pickles no tomatoes and the only thing they took off was ketchup.... We ordered a LG coke and LG Dr pepper we only got dr.pepper... I called the number 3 times and no one answers the phone
