Waitress didn't serve the food right. You don't serve salad and main dish because the main dish will get cold. Plus gave me sweetened tea and I ordered unsweetened and never checks on us. When you order gumbo needs Tabasco this is Louisiana.

I just ate one of the best Catfish Po-Boys, and my mother had one of the best Chicken Fried Steak dinners she had ever had. The staff is super friendly and our meal was prepared quickly and was perfect. I will definitely be eating here again.
New Years Eve special was a prime rib . The meat came out like it was grilled? Not cut off the roast. Extremely salty. Maybe it was blackened? It wasn’t advertised as such . Shrimp gumbo was delicious. Fried catfish was good . Our server was non existent. Delivered the food and never saw her again. Empty plates sat in front of us the whole meal . Our meal was also missing the carrots and horseradish sauce. I miss the cheesy potato soup from the old days .

This is one of the better places for good food at Coushatta. For some reason, the staff doesn't have their shit together when I come here.
The food is delicious here. I love their gumbo. Tried the burger this time and it was good too.
I wish the staff would just be better at what they do It's not that hard. Just come by and check on your tables every now and then. Maybe learn the menu a little bit. Make sure your guest have what they need before you takeoff and disappear for 20 minutes.

We have eaten here several times during our stay at the casino. Note they moved the restaurant from the front of the casino to the opposite end near the sports bar. Decent selection although there could be a bit more offered . Salad was great, the red beans and rice wasn’t great but not bad either , and the steak was good. Prices are what you expect in a casino but not too pricey. Service was decent and you pay at the front with the cashier.
