These employees are the true definition of incompetent. The last 3 visits I’ve made here have resulted in waiting 100 years for my order that is either missing food or is the incorrect order. You’d think that the label with your order, name and vehicle on it would tell the workers exactly what belongs in your bag, but not in Laplace! It’s always a mystery of what you’ll get, or NOT get. Gave them another chance one too many times and definitely won’t be back. And people wonder why nothing thrives in Laplace.

This was the nicest chick fil a I've ever been to. Im from out of state so I was really surprised. Very clean. Play area for kids and everything! Food was yummy too

A trouble for work and have visited Chick-fil-A in numerous locations. The drive-thru for this location is by far the slowest I've ever been to. I would suggest you go to a different location if possible.
I went through the drive thru and the order taker named Azara was very rude, complaining about how the customers just keep going with their order and that she hates that. She had a Really nasty snobbish attitude. Like if you don’t want to do your job then don’t work there, if it were not for the customers do you think you would have a job? I guess common sense isn’t so common.

This has to be the slowest chic fil a I've ever been to... Even the mobile thru line! I've been sitting for 14 minutes, I would just leave but of course I've already paid. Im waiting on one chicken deluxe meal.... nothing fancy. 😩
Update while in line.... 20 minutes now. The regular lane is moving (slowly, but moving) However I've been sitting in the Mobile lane andddd.. well nothing.
