I recently placed an order for a spicy filet deluxe meal using the mobile app, arriving just 15 minutes later and scanning my code in the mobile drive-thru line. There were only four cars ahead of me, and I was hopeful for a quick experience. After waiting about two minutes at the front, I was handed my drink and instructed to pull into a VIP parking spot while my sandwich was being prepared.
While I appreciate the effort to keep the line moving, I ended up waiting an additional five minutes for my sandwich. This has been a recurring issue at this location; I’ve visited other Chick-fil-A restaurants with larger orders, and I’ve never had to wait in a designated spot. It’s disappointing to have a consistent experience that feels less efficient than what I’ve come to expect from the brand. I hope they can improve their timing in the future.

The worse service I have ever seen at a Chick-Fil-A. I assume they are flying under the radar and corporate does not know how bad this place is. I even tried to cancel my mobile order, was told by the staff it was cancelled and still got charged on my credit card. Just terrible.
There's people that have Chick-fil-A Cubs outside the building that will follow you in and then follow you to your vehicle one actually open my passenger door when I unlock my door and I told him to get out of my car. They should not let people be soliciting in and out of the store like that.
