We came in on a Sunday and had the nicest server, Yaya. She really made going out pleasant again. She was so nice, friendly and is just great at her job. We had the Santa Fe Salad, chicken crisper, and egg rolls. Food was very tasty and the food runner/bus boy was very nice and friendly too.

How is there a 20 minute wait with 20 tables open??? Its sunday afternoon and tables are open everywhere, yall management is terrible.

This is the worst restaurant experience ever. First the less than friendly hostess sat us right next to the kitchen while the restaurant wasn’t even full. We asked to be seated more privately, she seated us and walked away without saying a word. No one ever did come to our table not even to greet us or take a drink order. We waited over 10-15 minutes before we left. The worst part is we could see one of the waitresses playing on her phone. This is unacceptable service. Won’t be back.

I will not be returning to this location, the food was terrible, the customer service was ok, but not good... the young lady wanted us to give her a good review but she didn't do anything, came to our table once the whole time and that was for us to pay and leave her a review, it was clean, so that was good

We enjoyed a great meal at Chili’s in LaPlace today. Brooke was our server. She was amazing. She quickly brought us everything we asked for. She was friendly and professional! Brooke made our dining experience wonderful!

I walked in the LaPlace, LA location tonight at 9:09pm when they close at 10pm and was told the kitchen closes at 9:30pm by the hostage. I was like, great! We have 20 minutes to order. She then reiterated the kitchen close time and decided not to seat us and mentioned she was instructed by the manager on duty. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! This location has continued to have issues with customer experience which is why we don’t go often but was hoping it would be different this time. Guess not.

There was one server for half if the restaurant. My husband's salad came out but not mine. We ordered a pick 3 & he got a side salad, so I thought mine would come with the entrée. We waited roughly 5 minutes & placed a to go order. Within minutes our to go order appeared & the server said will there be anything else. I said yes, my food. She looked perplexed so I reminded her what we ordered. A few minutes later my salad appeared & a comment that our burger would be out shortly. We finally got our burger but 45 minutes for a burger is too long in my book. I'm taking out of our restaurant rotation. Hopefully they find some staff soon. I know it's hard to find help, but don't fill your whole restaurant if you can't accommodate them.
