There was one server for half if the restaurant. My husband's salad came out but not mine. We ordered a pick 3 & he got a side salad, so I thought mine would come with the entrée. We waited roughly 5 minutes & placed a to go order. Within minutes our to go order appeared & the server said will there be anything else. I said yes, my food. She looked perplexed so I reminded her what we ordered. A few minutes later my salad appeared & a comment that our burger would be out shortly. We finally got our burger but 45 minutes for a burger is too long in my book. I'm taking out of our restaurant rotation. Hopefully they find some staff soon. I know it's hard to find help, but don't fill your whole restaurant if you can't accommodate them.

I had to give a one star, and that's just to comment. I'm unsure of how this place is still in buisness. I've been here 3 times because its actually the only chain restaurant in the area. Food is always cold uncooked or over cooked. Its never right. And I do believe they don't do any better because they know its the only family chain restaurant in the area.

Dont recommend, ordered boneless wings and got bone in. I was ok with it but bone in wasnt very good and left my stomach aching after 3 wings.

The way Laplace Chillis is top notch honestly Hate to right this review to put people on but little hidden gem !! We come For burgers atleast 3 times a months never fail always hot delicious fresh !!

This was the worst service ever for chili's. The bartender was more worried about eating than taking care of the customer. Didn't ask if we wanted water while we wait. We had to ask for silverware and napkins to to eat our appetizer.The appetizer was dry up like it was under a headlamp to long. Had a couple walk in set at the bars waited for about five minutes. Bartender didn't acknowledge them so they got up and left. I should have done the the same thing. When I waited 10 minutes for service. I will take my service somewhere else that wants my money.
What happened to freedom of speech Alex? mad I aired out ur business but maybe you shouldn’t have aired out mine either… also Chris I think you might need to go over confidentiality chapters with Alex again just to avoid any future problems like this.

Lashawn &Derrilesha gave 5-star service the best service I ever received in a while this is our family's go-to place these two women work so well together but Miss.Lashawn I knew she was a member of management she was too perfect. Dont waste your time. Not what i expected. Long wait time for food, drink and menu. The bill was higher than what it was suppose to be. They did remove that charge, thank goodness.
