The General Manager needs to make a surprise evening visit. The staff stops frying chicken hours before closing and has a few sides pre-packaged. You have to choose from old chicken. The manager is well aware of these practices. If you want a family order and hot fries, that's not even an option because they will not cook anything else. Everyone goes next door to Popeyes because at least you can get fresh food.

Ordered and paid online and was told to pick up at a certain time. Went through drive through and spoke with a lady to pick up order. No further discussion but when I gave up and drove to window a lady said the drive through was closed and we had to go in. Well since I was hurting badly I sent in my grandson. He was told that there was no spicy chicken, they proceeded to cook our order of jalapeño stuffers and fix order. I thought that the whole idea was to order online so that checkout would be faster. Instead we had to wait for our order. What good is ordering online just to wait with everyone else? Order was still incorrect got an extra jalapeño but one less biscuit. Very disappointed.

It’s currently 8:50 p.m. the doors are locked, the lady standing out front waving at me shaking her head telling me to leave. All the while, I’m looking at chicken still sitting on the little heating rack or tray. This almost every timeI come that they shut down a hour before closing 😩
It's cool the owners let the store close a full hour ahead of schedule, everything shut down, cleared and packed away at 8:58 pm.

This churches advertise is drive-through, but the drive-through is always closed. It currently have orange cones in front of it so you can’t even drive through it. They are definitely false advertising and this happens all the time I believe currently their drive-through is permanently out of order so for families looking for something on the go while traveling this is not the place for you to stop are for others, for drive-through convenience This is not establishment, fast food restaurant that you want to stop at you’ll be wasting your time. If you’re looking for a drive through services as a more convenient option it’s it’s hardly ever available. It’s been close for months now.
