The last three times I’ve ordered from them I was supposed to get the garlic crust, and every single time, there’s no garlic crust and it’s incredibly dry.

Typically order from other chain so my fault, if there's a quality assurance tracker for ordering how do you miss full items? Received no dipping cups (paid for) received no salad (paid for) so the options are a coupon, points, or contact the store, the wings are a joke (literally, look at the photos).....yea no how about I just don't order here again, got me this time but it'll be the last.
Had to literally yell after standing at counter trying to ask a question for order. Worker with ear buds in ears with music so loud you didn’t hear me initially . When she finally responded rudely and said someone else will help me soon while rolling her eyes at me.
Left , dude to horrible customer service as my question could have been answered quickly and easily .
Very disappointed and this has never happened before so I am surprised

I had a horrible experience with the manager. He literally yelled at me for ordering well done on the extravaganza pizza....it was not cooked when delivered. And I called because our other pizza was not on the crust we ordered. I just put the extravaganza pizza in my oven to cook it. I only told him about the raw pizza just to make him aware. I had already told him it was in my oven. He yelled when they are busy they cannot do well done. And would not redo the pizza. I never asked for a refund of the pizza. I haven't ordered there since and this was 2 years ago. I called corporate and was instructed to go online and they never even responded. I called another store in the area in the same franchise and was told by their manager this was a common issue. I left a message for their district manager and was never responded to. Just horrible we used to eat there at least once a week.

We love Domino's. Glad they had one close to the hotel near our hotel and open after 10pm. Food was great as always! Delivery guy very friendly and polite.

Hand-tossed sausage and pepperoni Pizza was so thin and overcooked. They were very stingy with the dough. I order mediums a lot and they at least usually fill the frame of the box. However this one didn’t it was like a small stretched so much it could have been a thin crisp. That’s probably how it got so dried out in the oven unless it was old. It was like cardboard I hate wasting money ?
