Stopped by Fiery Crab on a road trip, and OMG, this place blew me away! The portions were huge, and the flavors were out of this world. The crawfish reminded me of home back in Louisiana. I’ll be dreaming of this meal for weeks!

The food was excellent. So was the service. I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s a very good addition to La Place’s culinary scene!
Most importantly, the food was good and the restaurant was clean. Staff could be a bit more hospitable. Friendly enough but could use a little work. Pro tip from a managerial stand point: focus on greeting the customer, getting the order in and save the clowning around with coworkers for the back of the house. Other than that, the experience was fine

Great service. My server was Emily. It really gave family vibes. Any issue we had, it was addressed quickly and correctly. Food was hot, seasoned, came out quick on a busy open night.

I called the phone number for this location to place an order and the person who answered the phone didn’t speak English too well so I asked for a manager, the manager toke my Order and stated it would take 25-45 mins for my order to be ready. I arrived to the store early and waited in my car, after 30 mins I went in and the person who waited on me stated she didn’t have an order for me. I called the number back and spoke to a guy who placed me on hold, he knew who I was when I called the store. While I was on hold, he called the store, and the person in the store stated they don’t have an order for me. Of course I Was still on hold, well I hung up and told them to forget it because I know this happened to me because I asked to speak to a manager. When I was walking to my car the guy called back and stated don’t leave because they are making my order now. He apologized for the incompetence, and I walked back to the store. When I got in the store, the same person who waited on me stated she threw away my ticket and it was not being made. This is terrible for a franchise to be ran with people who take your order over the phone and use the fact of asking for a manager to not process your order. I don’t recommend this location to my dog!!! I give them a 0 for a rating. They have it rigged to give themselves a 4.5.
