Great place to get a cake from. They made my wedding cake 31 years ago and I just order a baby shower cake for my soon to be grandson. Their baked goods are delicious, staff is very friendly.

My go to place for any occasion. The fig cookies are really good too. There's a Russian Cake by the slice that I recommend stopping in for when available.

They are not professional! The place is not clean! They are rude!!! Are expensive but don’t do what you are expecting for ???? terrible. I paid almost $300 for a small cake one year old and she did a messy cake

I've heard good things about them, so I drove 45 minutes out of my way to stop by today. I pulled the door handle and they were closed. I was a little disappointed that I didn't check their hours, but as I turned to go back to my car, the lady behind the counter screams We're closed!! The look on her face made me feel as if I was trying to break into her business. I called the number and told her that this is not the way to get customers. She screamed at me again, Well, I am closed! She didn't have to say anything at all, I was turning to walk to my car, realizing that I should have looked up their hours. Now, I won't be back.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! My sister just bought a cake from these people and left the bakery in tears!! We buy tiered cakes every year for my niece's bday.. we should have stuck to previous bakeries. I could have decorated the cake better with no experience. No slight to Grocery store bakeries but we've gotten better cakes from Rouses... uhhh Wal-Mart for that matter. Also- THE CAKES DO NOT COME IN BOXES- How can you consider yourself a professional bakery and you don't provide protection for the cake. My sister paid the balance on the cake because I guess she felt she had no option *God bless her heart* - Hard lesson learned. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND this bakery or buy again. No accountability at all on the owner/decorator .. just excuses and blame as if we did not clearly articulate what we wanted. No apology nor attempt to work out the balance. Honestly if she wasn't able to deliver, she could have simply not accepted the order. The icing has bald spots. I know stars rise in the sky but should not rise from the cake. Honestly, this looks like an experiment gone bad. The owner/decorator did try to "on the spot accommodate" by adding pink on the top tier but the cake is still trash!‍.. words to the owner..If you mess up.. own it, learn from it, take the loss, and do better next time. We try to support small business but come on. This was just wrong!

Such a horrific disappointment on such a very special day. My mother battled cancer and won the fight. She is now cancer free. God allowed her to see another year. Because of this she wanted to celebrate her birthday, but also her life! We went all out!! We ordered a beautiful cake. It had chocolate covered strawberries. It had basket weave icing. It was decorated with black trim accents to coordinate with the theme of the formal dinner party. Long story short we picked up the beautiful cake in an suv (FYI..a $300 cake that didn't come in a box) Had no previous knowledge of that. We laid out a slide resistant grip thingy as told. We put it on a flat surface. The suv was air conditioned. We drove off and less than 15 mins down the road the cake started to fall apart. The flat tray thing that the cake was placed on wasn't moving at all due to the slide resistant grips on it. What was sliding was the icing from the cake, and the strawberries started to roll off, then the layers started to slide. It was a mess. By the time we made it to our destination our cake was not worth $300. It was disastrous. The icing had literally peeled away from a whole side of the cake. One of the tiers had slid so far that the cake had a step effect. Their business was informed, but we were told it is posted once cakes leave their business its not their business what happens to it. I get that, but at some point it's possible that they can be liable for fault. We didn't drop the cake. We didn't mishandle the cake. We weren't driving recklessly. What did we do wrong?? Will give credit for the flavor of the cake, because that was good. We didn't have a back up cake so we had to present the cake to the guests. Of course all of the strawberries were removed, the basket weave was reworked, cupcake can icing was used to repipe. Strawberries had to be strategically placed to hide areas that couldn't be helped. What made it worse is that it was a formal affair, black and white formal attire. Then there was a jacked up cake not fit for a child's birthday party.

My daughter purchased a BD cake for me. My BD fell on a Sunday and the bakery is closed that day. I picked the cake up on a Saturday. My son bought me a cake also. I came home Monday night and gave a slice of cake to a family member and I had a slice too. We found the cake to be stale. I notified Ms. Cora the next morning. She stated well it's not my fault you didn't eat the cake until Monday. I explained to her the cake box was unopened and I had another cake that my guest ate first. She told me to bring the cake in. I had my son to bring the cake to her since I was at work. She cut the cake all up and told my son the cake is not stale. She was only refunding $15 for the cake. the cake costed $32. Another employee told my son "what are you looking at", these people are rude and disrespectful to customers, they ruined a memorable occasion. Cora the owner is not loyal and does not give courtesy to her customers. She do not try to make it right for business. I will not be returning there. She was very rude when I spoked to her over the phone and the only thing she kept saying as I explained my complains to her is "well I'm sorry". Does anyone believe I would complain about a $32 dollar cake after taking only 2 slices from it and then take time to express here how aweful her customer service is.
